  1. I finally finished this.
  2. Haven't built it but I have one I can sell for $340
  3. "Some reports the party was trying to flee the scene". Ummm... I'm sure the driver of the truck was thinking, "She's pulling a little to the left, but I don't think anyone will notice if we high-tail it outta here!" I want to know the make of that tire. I'm always looking for a tire with a decent "compact car ejection" rating, but oddly the manufacturers don't readily disclose them. That tire had it and "second-round kick in the arse" capabilities as well!
  4. My .02 on Bricklink Builds: I built the Sheriff's safe from Bricklink and the experience was about 90% of what I would expect out of a fully "Productionalized" set. I have the Mountain Windmill (That I may be willing to part with, HA HA!), and looking at the images, I'm guessing that it will be a bit of a suspect build process. Also in my backlog are the LEGO store AND Venetian House from Bricklink. *** Caveat *** I think these builds are innovative and would find themselves hard-pressed to fall in line with LEGO's (Not pluralizing LEGO, using the possessive form here) standard annual line-up. And this is the trade-off to the non-optimal building process. Also . . . I have had some building experiences with LEGO official sets which were less than 90%.
  5. https://www.npr.org/2023/01/23/1150888553/6-doctors-swallowed-lego-heads-for-science-heres-what-came-out Someone was very proud of the time scale acronym, no doubt about it.😄 'Researchers then measured the time it took for the gulped Lego heads to be passed. The time interval was given a Found and Retrieved Time (FART) score.'
  6. 1 point
Definitely building mine when it shows up.
  7. Youtube won. I saw the thumbnail and had to see the video. Miraculously, driver only suffered minor injuries...
  8. Several jugs of water, 5 loaves of bread, and a couple of fish
