    On a recent order with Walgreens they mixed up the Friends recycling truck with the City cement truck I ordered. After a quick call to their CS, they were able to ship me out the full quantity I originally ordered. No hassle, even allowed me to keep the ones I hadnt ordered.

    Entertainment Earth just cancelled 90% of my order that I placed a couple weeks ago as part of their big sale 11/28. I generally put up with the slow shipping times but that is pretty poor service.

    As far as I'm aware, there isn't a good way to sell damaged box sets anymore. You used to be able to do it by listing them as "used," but they killed that a year or so ago.

    They are meant to look like actual banners that you can hang on the wall. You can see the hanging piece in the back. If anything I think they are maybe only a couple studs deep and are pretty flat.
