Did a couple of store pickup orders, surprisingly other than one store cancelled it, all other stores had the order ready rather quick. Ended up with 10 dinos. 😁

They were actually selling them 'at cost' for three months+ because of an agreement with the Biden admin. It's still a racket for sure.

Some background info on our new Wookiee friend.

It will be nice when the show runners can break away from the gravitational pull of the ANH time period and locations. There's a whole universe and timeline out there for them to explore, but they keep coming back to the times and settings over and over again. Don't get me wrong, I love having constant Star Wars, but I can't wait for them to do something in the Old Republic or Darth Bane time periods.

In case anyone cares...Update... I ordered more than several of these tax free to Missouri. All sold out now. The packaging got progressively worse and some boxes took a beating. Looks like there may have been some repackaging in transit. Anyway, still a lot of money to be made at the price point they were selling them.

New set isn’t worth MSRP. Wait until a -20% sale if not in a hurry. Regarding the Marina Bay Sands part of the build… The original set is bigger and better build. Granted, the newer set looks better with the extra colors, foliage and buildings around it. Maybe LEGO will do a proper refresh of MBS in a future set. note: pics below are missing one 4 by 4 circle plate / element on the older set. i forgot it in the box.

Yeah he did! Although, I think he would use the "acted in self-defense" loophole in court for that one. I just want to see him go full "I know how to bounty hunt" Boba versus "I'm a friend of the people" Boba. **spoilers** I won't count the middle of no where bar scene with the biker gang fight as the Boba I want...but getting there.

I'm really enjoying BoBF so far, especially the 2nd episode. I haven't read into it too much. Just the right level of nostalgia, some silliness, and a fun look into mob life on Tatooine. Yes, not everyone is going to like the Tusken Raider subplot and revisionist history, but it's been fun for me so far.

It is very slow and the flashbacks don’t really help whenever he takes his Bacta tank nap. I do sympathize with the show runners, though. We now have two series with very similar characters along with the forthcoming Kenobi series which will also be set on Tatooine, so there is a big risk of flattening the SW universe into a bland desert setting. The cool thing about the Mandolarien is the series has him traveling across the galaxy, letting us see how cool and varied and bizarre the SW universe is. The good parts of BoBF’s second episode are the Twins, gladiator Wookiee, and Fennec who basically possess Fett’s old personality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
