Why not? It's SUGGESTED Retail Price. ToysRUs, Shopko, Kohls, smaller retailers, almost always charge $5-$10-$20 over MSRP.

I went to go a brick and mortar B&N today. Ended up getting 76387 Fluffy's Encounter ($36) and 76388 Hogsmeade Village ($72). They ended up giving me two 30628 Monster Books since I spent $100 so fairly profitable I'd say.

Amazon also has the Master Your Adventure (71380) for 40% off. It’s scheduled to go out this year after only a one year life. But Mario sets are everywhere, so I have mixed feelings about this one. I can't believe some of your stores had anywhere close the $1,000 worth of sets. Mine had about $25 worth (like 3 sets) and I left them. Ordered 1 X-wing for pickup, got the "order's ready" email and they couldn't find where they put it. 😐
