It's not the competition. Most established sellers can pivot to longer hold times and shift focus from FBA to FBM and roll with the punches to account for lost sales. Hello everyone! Been away for a long time and I am amazed to see the sets Lego is coming out with! I am still sitting on two 101088 Death Stars and other sets that I have in storage. Was pleased to see that the values have gone up for many sets. Dumb question but what happened to the brickfolio?

I don't recall seeing any specific sets restricted for my account besides the Vader Castle a couple years ago. I just looked up my first sale and it was in June 2014. It was a 9464 Vampyre Hearse for those that remember the crazy Lego sale on those! Those first few years were amazing. Still fun, but tough now to spend all day scanning toys at Walmart & Target with all the listings getting yanked and requiring safety documents.

Too many dipwad vloggers getting followings. Thankfully most of the idiot followers in the groups only buy a handful of things at close to RRP. Even better to watch when they're asking about buying and holding newly released sets for years. Truly looking forward to them getting "surprise" 1099's January 2023. If the polar ice doesn't all melt by then, their tears should be enough to raise the ocean up enough to flood most low lying areas.

Screen grab from a youtube channel back in May 2020. Appears to be a darker hue blue, but could be the poor picture quality. There does appear to be more structual brown pieces used in between the floors. The Van/trailer got a yellow stripe and some ponds added. Windmill and Water tower slightly altered along with switching sides. Also appears the camera on a track was nixed. Also interesting to note, the new pics uploaded to Bricklink do not show minifigs anywhere. The first rendition had ~10 minifigs and a 2 horses?!?

It’s LEGO’s decision to make, it’s not cancelled and an equally good set got pushed up. I’m sure the creator of the Venetian set is happy, since it’s obvious their set was ready to go as well. And who knows, maybe the creator of the western movie set asked to be pushed back, because of their own desire to put some space between the incident and their set. If the creator wants that, I can’t see forcing them to release their set this round if they don’t want to.

It is toycentric. I just went to my EBay Blocked Buyers list and out of nowhere bird-eshop was on the list where it used to say toycentric. So they didn't even use a new account, they just rebranded toycentric to bird-eshop. The good news is that if you already blocked toycentric, you don't need to do anything to block bird-eshop.

I wouldn't count on that. When large exclusives like this go around this time of the year, they tend to be gone. They may pop back up here and there based on returns/delayed shipments or other reasons, but I wouldn't count on being able to easily buy this set at retail a month from now or later.
