Does anyone know anything about the 42096 Technic Porsche set? This set was on the early retirement list for 2020, but then was taken off the list, and I find its omission from the 2021 lists baffling as it's on a perma-sale of $119.99 here in the US.

I'll add two to this list that might be considered blasphemous to some Disturbed > Simon and Garfunkel Chris Cornell > GnR

Build Hogwarts Chess set. Goes nicely with the previous Harry Potter dice game that came out several years ago. Also threw in the modified Crest, for anyone looking to get a full crest with only one set this is an excellent way to do so

Think you are thinking too hard on this. The only thing I really consider is avoiding storage fees. Just send in everything that you expect to sell in a month (Or whatever). Red Cell's 18 unit suggestion can save you a lot of time. Limiting your business because there will be a percentage of errors doesn't make sense. And you can adjust your pricing anytime.

You can also save on your load time if you can send in a minimum of 18 units of any products that Amazon considers standard sized. Once you cross that 18-unit threshold, the Amazon system generally stops splitting the units up between multiple FCs and has you send them to a single FC, which makes things a lot easier. Also, you may not want to spend as much time figuring out what sets will fit into a given box ahead of time and just figure out what you want to send in. Even if you can't fit it into a single box and have to split it between 2 or 3, Amazon's shipping rates are so cheap that it doesn't make that big of a difference.

I spotted these at Costco yesterday, of course I didn't take a picture of the price, but reddit tells me it's $44.99 which is pretty good. PLUS they are regular rectangular boxes instead of the wonky donky ones.

I usually start shipping to fulfillment centers for Q4 in early September. I ship 100-150 sets per week every week thru first week of December. Shipments are usually 8-12 qty of 20x20x25 boxes. The important point for me is momentum and gradual increase of inventory to limit the drop with IPI. I don’t adjust my FBA shipment methods to avoid accidental delays or lost boxes because while it unfortunately happens it is not prevalent. Now, this year there are new unknowns. First noteworthy change are the restock limits that likely won’t allow more until inventory decreases. It is a timing issue. Second, more and more sets require wasteful bubble wrapping which adds work for nothing and takes more space in the boxes. Then, third, there is a whole new way to ship FBA inventory. It is actually better now in my opinion but it needs a little bit of learning. I don’t think there is a perfect method to ship in FBA inventory. My advise is to keep it simple and not changing your methods because of potential accidental issues that are not prevalent. I would pay more attention to what Amazon changed from last year and think about how to best adapt to those changes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My theory—there’s no way to human review the volume of testing reports they’ve requested, not for this many ASINs and not when the actual reports are sometimes 100+ pages. It’s either a bot or a human glancing over the cover sheet of the testing report. I’m betting some yahoo with questionable ethics rolled the dice and “modified” the cover sheet on an original testing report and rinsed and repeated the process for each ASIN that was dinged on their account. The addition of the 3 golden figures is so cool. I wondered how they missed on Dumbledore and Hagrid in the other 20th anniversary sets. For all the sets, I was thinking it would have been better if the golden figures were the same molds as the original figures from 2001, rather than the new age ones from 2018-present

Or a seller submits documents available from Lego.com and it is rejected or deemed insufficient. That is of course when it is even possible to submit anything other than a complete test report. Seeing that this approach no longer works and that the seller has no access to the complete test report the said seller abandons submitting such documents or any documents for that matter and completely ignores any further requests for such documents. The crocodile locomotive is extremely popular here since its a Swiss train and I have none at the moment. Damn. I've seen a local retailer sell out 1000 more than once. I'm travelling to France in the next two weeks and may have to adapt my buy list somewhat. Batmobile is a surprise as well. Last two weeks I was in Italy Donald Duck and Pluto brickheadz have already disappeared together with many of the jurassic sets.

I am all for a good credited cover, but prior to the Internet, Spotify, CD these blues songs didn’t get radio airtime so there was really no way for the general public to know. When we were listening to albums as kids back in the 60’s and 70’s (lobs a softball for The Danish) I can’t remember once reading the song credits on a jacket until The Wall came out. I am sure some did with every Beatles album to see if it was John or Paul but in my circle it was not common practice. So I am sure some felt duped, some disappointed and others just don’t care. Covers better than originals IMO: Cash > NIN Metallica > Seger Nirvana > Bowie

Sorry if this has been mentioned before as I have only just come back into this site after a couple of years. I had a break from Lego and am back into it now. I had quite an extensive list of my sets logged onto this site and it showed a lot of details regarding what it's worth these days and percentage movements over the month. What happened to this personal inventory? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I used it to log my sets when I did collect Lego and want to use it again. The big thing was how much I paid for the set which I definitely won't remember! please let me know what happened to it and where i can access it again. I really hope it hasn't disappeared as this was a huge feature of this site!
