Back to the show. Did anyone notice, before he said "I was aiming for the other one", his targeting scope WAS locking on the other transport?5 points

Found 5 of these in a Lego Harry Potter display in my local store. Bought all 5, also got a free journal with my purchase.4 points

It is a convenient plot mcguffin that knock Mando out for the majority of the actions so Boba & friend can show off their skills Also it conveniently disappeared when the bad robots came to pick him up.4 points

Sold through a healthy stack of 41329 Olivia's Deluxe Bedroom at $50 FBA over the last few days. 3x RRP and more ($15 set). Also marks me passing 200% lifetime ROI on all my LEGO sales (3000+ sets sold and counting). Nice hobby4 points

Possible plot hole: why didn't Mando call his backpack back to him remotely so he could intercept the Dark Troopers? He put it on the ground and just kind of forgot about it3 points

My final KMart tally was $14k+ of LEGO for $2.5k, basically an average of 82% off. That, and the fact that I somehow also managed to pick quite a few winners amongst those definitely help. But my non-KMart investments are doing pretty good too. My other Olivia's sets just started moving as well on FBA ... 41307 Olivia's Creative Lab for $50, that's 5xRRP. Talking about winners3 points

Y'all might want to invest in as many Razor Crests and Slave 1s you can find after this latest episode.3 points

You can't necessarily blame this on LEGO Shop at Home. They may have delivered pallets of sets to FedEx and the carrier has yet to scan them in as received due to a backlog (and because FedEx sucks.)2 points

This is an instance of Amazon's algorithm working in our favor. That is targets price, but you can't actually buy it due to some error on their website, it's been like that all week. It is actually out of stock at target, but their website is not reflecting that. However, Amazon tracker pulls the price from target as in stock, even though it's not.2 points

Shopping in a store 3 weeks before Christmas on a SATURDAY?! YOU FOOL! DON'T DO IT!!2 points
-
we are getting into the time of year where delivery dates from many FBA sellers is into January - whether or not this is the case this is what the buyer sees. it is incumbent upon sellers desiring to maximize their profit to realize that they are not just competing on price but also on delivery date as we get into crunch time. don't be that guy or girl who matches the lowest price without noticing that the first 10 low priced sellers don't have delivery until January 17. now is the time for pricing power based on delivery date which for FBM seller should be golden since its all in your power to get it done.2 points

I have met and spoken with the owners of Toyburg a few years back. They used to have/still have a B&M independent toy store out in Kentucky. So yes, they would technically be able to source their product directly from LEGO. And if my local independent toy store is anything to go by, that means they have access to a lot of different sets. My local toy store has a selection that is bigger than Toys'R'us had back in the day (which is already twice as big as WM/Target stores have). They even had exclusives.2 points

Ha, just like him forgetting his jetpack right before flying robots took Grogu.2 points
-
My son immediately said he forgot his jetpack. What I found interesting about this episode is Boba is supposed to be 41 or 42 years old but he's clearly been through some sh*t including escaping the sarlacc. And I want to know more about that blue force field that surrounded Grogu.2 points

That ship has basically been blown up, crashed, ripped apart by Jawas, and sunk in less than two seasons. If this show was South Park then the Razor Crest is Kenny. It will come back, likely as a different design.2 points
-
Ha . . . Yeah. That was fun. I wasn’t too impressed with the Dark Troopers design and movement. They reminded me of old school scaled down Marvel X-Men Sentinels.2 points

Trying not to clutter the deals page. Thought it might be good to have a spot to chat about it. Also had an epiphany. It is a book, so outside of the LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, could this be a B&N exclusive?1 point
-
Two things: 1) Those pieces are way too big to be the Razor Crest and 2) your set appears to be missing the lone DBG spear. Just saying... I guess it depends on how long Boba was in the Sarlacc stomach. That would make anyone age quickly.1 point

B&N's website had been completely trashed for me all day yesterday. Extremely mis-formatted and demanding I update internet explorer. 🤣 It was basically unusable, and I couldn't get any information out of it. Went to my local B&N last night, just in case. 8 MBoMs right on the shelf, but in a weird spot. Very near the Lego section, but not *in* the Lego section. Employees didn't so much as bat an eye when I bought them all. Just saying, it's worth checking. And yes, the price is already dropping, on eBay at least. Expect supply to increase significantly over the course of the weekend.1 point

Yeah, Boba is around 41. Star Wars has always been weird about ages. Obi Wan was supposed to be like 56 in Episode 4, but looked way older. Luke passed out and died of exhaustion at like age 53. Maybe their stressful lives aged them more than in our day. Or maybe just bad writing.1 point

Not to keep the thread to out of topic, but my standalone order went through and has already shipped. If it was an error, they are honoring the ones that got placed before they removed the link.1 point

Yes, I have one item shipping separately with the same situation. Not sure what it means.1 point

Fett killed the heck out of those storm troopers. It’s almost like he was resentful his face wound up on countless clones that were used as cannon fodder.1 point

Well, there will always be another Slave I, but this one will do fine investment wise (plus it's a very nice build)1 point

Probably someone about to enter in Witness Protection still waiting for his papers. Can’t live without their LEGO. Kidding aside, is the buyer new?1 point

I recently had some friends help me consolidate all of my inventory from storage units and my home to a warehouse unit. They originally thought it was cool to be a Lego lord. They rescinded that statement and feel bad for me LOL.1 point
