Man, banner day around here, book of monsters, more Dickens, and most notably: my Disney castle from Zavvi showed up in a double box, with a free years supply of air pillows!

Curious how in-store stocks are holding up since it seems that many online sources are drying up -- good for resellers and any of us LLQF's LEGO SAH makes it easy to breakdown by price and what's in stock (once you eliminate the items that are not buildable sets -- i.e. STEM kits, EV3 modules, etc... that still show in the list even though you specify "Sets" in the filter). Here's their status (US market) as I measured: Price Range, Sets Available, As a Percent >$100: 18, 23% $75 to $100: 13, 19% $50 to $75: 17, 26% $25 to $50: 27% (stopped screening buildable sets, and just divided available into avail+sold out+backordered) <$25: 36% (includes key chains, dots, etc...) So, looking at the serious sets >$50, that's less than 50 sets across all themes. If SAH is the canary in the coal mine, I would expect the other B&M retailers to sell out soon. I suppose on another positive note, it should be easy to identify the turds I'll add some of the B&M online stocks: Amazon ("LEGO", sold by Amazon.com, building sets, Prime eligible, LEGO Brand): 313 sets, 104 over $50*** Walmart ("LEGO", retailer Walmart.com, building sets and toys, Deliver to Home eligible): 281 sets, 77 over $50*** Target ("LEGO", building sets, shipping available): 334 sets, 93 over $50*** *** Note: doesn't include sets on sale <$50 that are RRP >$50 I'll try to update this list again every few days to see how the supply is holding up.

On a separate note if you still have the 2016 LEGO store calendar that was given out as a VIP promo you can now finally use the December page that had the dates misprinted. I remember they sent out or included correction stickers but since I don't do stickers I still have mine.

If I buy something that turns out to be a dud, I just sell it at market and move on. Just like Stocks, can't be right 100% of the time. I would advise the person who posted that to suck it up, learn from it and move on.

Only 12 in this series. Seems like an overall easy series to smoosh for the most part. The dolphin and horse's ass should be particularly easy to find.

The volume is INSANE. I priced my stuff high like normal and even before black friday I was repricing higher. Small sets are hitting 50$ easy and some pushing 100$. I had about 50 extra large boxes of Lego's left. Figured the quantities I sent in would be too much. Super wrong. I'm digging deep on everything I have. I've started sending in next years investments. I'd send them all if i wasn't blocked on most of them 😕 I'm also really tired. 5th straight day of 200+ packages and I can't take off work. Considering a new career choice...

As long as you order something else with it they still send the promo if it was canceled from their end, and not a requested cancel by you. They did add a $4.95 shipping charge on my orders as it no longer reached the $35 minimum for free shipping... but as long as the promo arrives I'll just consider that the cost of doing business.

Nice Job! Some have said their stores had put away the C.D. promo and wouldn't allow the double up with Rink. I was hoping for a small window for both last night on the SaH site but no go. And little tree of course store only.

I started keeping a spreadsheet for S&H in July and still keep getting cancelled orders. It's a pain since I can't remember every set I've ever bought. There have been some resets (with Brickheadz for sure) because I have previously had cancelled orders, but it's a guessing game on a lot of sets. It takes 30 minutes to place an order trying to figure out what I can buy and get to $150. Six to 12 different items sometimes with one of them being a landmine.

I believe even if the VIP reward area shows Sold Out they're only selling out of the coupon codes, the item is still available for you within 60 days. Your code is your reservation so-to-speak.

Honestly maybe not a rep yet. But I kept reading around that as it was apparently sitting for sale and not selling out it was a turd. I would have grabbed all I could to relive their concerns but listing for me said out of stock. Assumption turd. Hey that could be a band name:)

Should retire next year. If not then the year after that. Either way it only needs to raise $50 above msrp to double your money at that price. All the technic motorcycles do above average so this should kill it. Edit: Not to mention I'd rather have a stack of these at 30% of verses a stack of Tree Houses that folks paid full price for and have to wait at least another year. 🤣😂🤣

I got couple sets in my cart from my saved sets page in which these were in.(On walmart at sale price) but then when try to check out they say Out of stock. Is strange is available in other areas apparently. They may not be mind blowing but they fit the yearly Comicon super hero displays and as such will be needed by those many completionist out there.

Okay enough of the Zavvi chit chat ( of which I am complicit). Rakuten is now offering 15% back on shopdisney. Nebulon-B sold out but the castle is still there and that prices it pretty nicely. And the set will arrive NOT trashed. (had to get one final dig in). I wish the Cantina was still there- that would be a no brainer.

Finally got the 2020 SW advent calendar. Why was this year’s so hard to find?! Reduced production or just pandemic + SW interest? Sold out everywhere in Canada. In any case, the tradition continues!
