  1. Happiness is.......when you buy a massive LEGO lot that you that was a great deal to start with, but then get home to discover there is a GG, CC, MS, AND MARINA BAY SANDS hidden within the boxes (all used). Needless to say, my back is sore from all of the cartwheels I was doing last night. My kids thought I was insane!! Good stuff......

  4. Yesterday I placed 15 orders of 2 Benny / 2 Mayhem each within a two hour window between 2pm-4pm central time. 60 total BH. This morning I woke up to an inbox full of shipping notifications. Everything appears to be awesome.

  5. I think this whole thing is an experiment. This was a nice opportunity for LEGO to try something like an exclusive set(s) and see what the interest was. They started small and threw Target and Wal-Mart a bone in the process. It also solved many of the complaints from consumers who cannot go to a Comic Con to buy numbered sets. I believe you will see much more of these types of releases in the future.

  7. should realistically be able to get 2x/3x for 1 or 5000. When I had the D23 Star Wars Die Cast sets few years back I got $999 on some of the good numbers like the movie years and stuff and $499 for just regular numbers. Sadly even though I had 460 out of the 500 made I didn't get number 1...

  8. Pretty baffled how this thread is 23 pages long already. All cause of a sticker. Such madness. Were there really 5000 Emmet fans to begin with? Well philb of course so 4999? If they were never stickered and still limited to 5000 and we never knew I bet they'd still be available.

  15. How the heck do you know number of unopened vs opened? Inquiring minds want to know what strain it is. ? Still in stock from Jeff b on amazon so I think there’s a few unopened ones left. Brick me is prime for remake or a 2.0. Sort of like Minecraft crafting box. Relative dud at buyin anything less than 30% discount. Compared to boba fett bhz at msrp starting to go Mickey. Hope u got some of those

  18. I did the same yesterday evening around 5pm EST. Stock ran out about 45 mins after my order went through. Received shipping notification this morning around 1030am EST. Key is to check your order in a web browser to check if it has the Processed! note on it and has the cancel button disabled. Mine did about an hour after ordering.

  34. It´s an enigma. The first 3 waves (2017 and Jan/April 2018) seemed to linger forever (like the SW buildables) then Lego got release diarrhoea and put out about 40 licensed ones in just two quarters, which they could easily have spun out over three years. Now they have changed to a Mixels type production run but with limited distribution. Makes you wonder what would have happened to the SW Buildable figures if they had made some of them D2cs......

  38. How do you think I was able to offer you such a great price on the full set you just bought from me...lol? Target and Wal-Mart both had deep clearance on every Series One character.

  39. Series 1 was discounted for months on end at $2-$5.

  40. It's a stock checker app (used to be called Inform, may have been changed), tells you current stock, delivery dates, current price and if any impending discounts are looming (I've never seen a future discount of more than 7 days time, it's handy if you want to delay a purchase until after is been reduced). And you can check other stores too, if you know their store code (four digit code).

  45. Found three 60204 City Hospitals and a couple of 76102 Thor's Weapon Quests at Kohls. Got an extra 35% off the clearance price as compensation for losing "Man points" by having to use their dainty shopping carts (and opening a Kohls charge card). Left one of each set on the shelves for little Timmy and little Tammy.
