  3. Had a daddy-daughter date night last night, part of which was building a Groot and Rocket Brickheadz 41626 for my daughter's collection. She loved it because it's 'cute'.

  7. Seems like the TLM2 BHs will be a PR disaster waiting to happen IMO, if the sets are truly limited to US only, can just imagine the amount of complaints coming in to Lego from people all round the world, seems very odd to go through the hassle of individually numbering a small price point item. If you're a reseller in US, these sets should be a no brainer, but I personally think Lego will release TLM2 BHs in some other form (2 pack) to rest of the world in due course

  11. A lot can be said about this post, but I’ll just say ....stupid. How the hell English being second language makes somebody a scammer?

  12. I received my first shipment of 4 of each today. Here is what I learned: 1. If you get them shipped to your house in 4s they DO NOT come in their LEGO box. Not sure if this is bc they don’t come in 4s or bc WM just felt like throwing them in a needlessly big box. 2. The numbers are random. I ordered relatively early, and my Wildstyles were numbered close to 5000 whereas my Emmets were around 2000. 3. Also picking some up in store soon, so it’ll be interesting to see the numbers/packaging of those. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

  15. eBay prices are all over the place. All the $30 listings are gone (either ended or price increased) and the lowest for each is now around $55 shipped.

  18. Why are some of these listed for $30 each on eBay?!? Come on people...these should be no less than $70 each out the gate. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

  19. Wasn't meaning that just because it might be a second language it automatically makes him a scammer, sorry if it sounded that way. You can tell a lot about a person trying to scam you though in regard to how they use words, examples, phrases that seem to be "copy and paste" etc. Just because someone has a US address or contact doesn't mean they aren't sitting behind a computer in another country and either using fake accounts or have hacked into authentic US accounts. You see that on eBay all the time.

  20. This is what I can see happening: 1. These Exclusive sets from WM are sold out. Sales are spiked to absurd levels similar to the Beanie Baby Craze...or even the same rate of the SDCC Brickheadz. 2. Sell for a QF and PROFIT! 3. LEGO releases these as a two-pack later on in the next three months while the movie remains in theatres. Prices crash faster than Windows ME. 4. BH Sets go on sale in July at 20%-30% off from Shop at Home. Sellers scramble to unload their Brickheadz which are worth a pile of pennies and various plastics. 5. Rinse and repeat with the next major movie (Infinity War: Endgame, SW Episode IX?, etc). You want to be at Step 2.

  21. This would be good news for us. Crossing my fingers it's true. With that said, I'm having deja vu. I'm feeling like I did back during the Ty Beanie Baby craze. Limited edition! Buy buy buy! And again, with that said, in for three more of each!

  23. There are always 6 sets per box for the small [RRP: 9.99] & medium [RRP: 14.99] BHz sets. 4 for the big BHz sets [RRP: 19.99] per box.

  24. I'm a newbie (1st post), so please be gentle. Asda have several SW Battle packs, showing as reduced from 12.99 to £6.49 - But they all ring up at the till at £3.25 (So 75% off).

  26. I think you are engaging too much back and forth with this guy. All that you need to say and continue to say is below: Hi, I'm sorry that USPS damaged your package. I have included a prepaid shipping label attached to this message so that you can return the order. Once the item has been shipped back to me and inspected, I will be happy to refund you your original payment. I do not offer refunds without first receiving and inspecting a return. Best,

  28. Regardless of future possible releases, there should be a short term flipping opportunity for those who acquire some. Reminds me of the Darth Maul polybags from one of the conventions. It sold well for a month or two then LEGO released the remaining inventory.

  30. I started placing orders over 24h ago and they’re still all being prepared. Ive heard of orders of under 5 being cancelled but also orders of 50 ship. I’m still waiting. So far I’ve been flying under the radar, never had Walmart cancel any of my orders before.

  31. No way I think only limited to 5000 with them still available at Walmart. Of course I ordered 2 of each just in case. I didn’t order the emmitt until the 5000 was added to his this afternoon. Just checked and orders have shipped.

  33. I like to gamble. I'm in. Ordered 2 of each in a single order. I'll double and triple dip if they are still available when I get the shipping confirmation. I'll keep my receipt handy if they start pumping these out by the truck load. Low risk gamble IMO. Thanks for the heads up, OP. Good luck to all!

  36. One of our accounts was invited to join a new beta on Amazon dubbed the North America Remote Fulfillment program a few weeks ago. This is one of their more interesting betas. It allows you to have your USA fba inventory listed across Canada and Mexico with the Prime badge on your unified selling account. After a sale in Mexico or Canada amazon USA picks, ships, takes care of customs and remits taxes so you will no longer need to have an entity setup in each of those countries. They state they hope to have it rolled out in June/July to everyone. As with all things amazon their projects are either on point or amateur hour and so far this one has definitely been on the amateur hour side of things but they are learning and trying to problem shoot. Biggest issue right now is the lag time (9 days to get to Canada, around 6 to Mexico). I have my doubts this will be rolled out this summer (if at all) but certainly interesting and if it is could affect local fba sellers in those markets. Sales so far are around 5% of USA sales but only cost a few hours in setting up and a few conference calls so not a bad return on investment. The other issue is returns right now they are sent to canadian warehouses so you will want to setup a service with a canadian address that will conglomerate all the returns and ship them back in bulk to make it worthwhile. As usual for cheaper items it is not worth the time so having them destroyed is the better strategy. I still feel setting up your own company in those countries and sending directly to fba yields far better results as 2 day delivery converts far more but there is more work and investment upfront. This will involve little extra work for current USA fba sellers and costs nothing extra so will be a perfect fit for those still working on maxing out the USA market before tackling europe/canada/mexico on their own.

  39. TLG product development meeting. Dev Manager: Do we have an X-wing out? Dev: Yeah. Manager: Ok so we need another one in a different colour. How about Tie Advanced? Dev: One with the Death Star and one microfighter. Manager: Ok we need a mid sized one too. We´ve got a Falcon out don´t we? Dev: Three. A micro, a playset and a UCS. Manager: And Snowspeeders, where are we at? Dev: Still got a warehouse full of the retiring soon UCS one. Manager: Ok, so just make one new version then and call it limited edition anniversary or some BS like that. Dev: Copy. Say, what if we do a B-Wing - it´s been 5 years since the last one. Manager. You´re fired.
