  1. All set, the end result was freaking awesome. Hands down the best and most enjoyable set that I have ever built. The final piece is pretty sturdy and more importantly breathtaking . A must for any adult builder who is into the HP franchise . My 2 cents on some missed opportunities/cons from a die hard HP nerd POV . Stickers : about 70 - 75 of them. They do help keep the piece count down ( otherwise building some scenes would add a lot of elements ) and they do hit the mark portraying their respective scenes , however printed bricks would have been a better idea and added more elegance to the set Is this a Hogwarts Set or a HP Hogwarts set ? Meaning it stays loyal to HP's POV of the castle . Would have rather had the other 3 common rooms added along with the kitchen ( threw in an elf of two ) rather than have many scenes from the first movie. Speaking of first movie , should have added Fluffy and done away the dragon since again it is heavy one the first movie scenes. Room of requirements : in the dungeon? gmab Should have had Hagrid, no excuse for that one not to be included. Bonus micro figs : Slughorn, Lockhart, and Mad Eye.
  2. Sold my last Chima sets ... 70228 Vultrix Sky Scavenger - $42 (x2). Buy-in was $15 each. Also got rid of all 30 of my Jyn Erso Buildables as a lot. Buyin was $2.50 per set, sold for $7 each. Easy double after fees
  3. eBay is supposedly going to have a 15% off coupon tomorrow. Per SD https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/11979227
  4. inventory > manage fba inventory > inventory dashboard . Scroll down a bit , it will have them broken down by age .
  5. Don't try to change the subject. Stay on topic
  6. So how about that Big Bang Theory? I have 2 of them.
  7. Frys.com has 20% off via promocode most SW LEGO including newly released sets.
  8. On the seller app, click manage inventory and at the top it shows total number of items offered.
  9. Progressive?!? Pooping in toilets is progressive. LOL
  10. Probably easier to download the FBA inventory report (inventory -> inventory reports) and add them up manually on an Excel spreadsheet
  11. I didn't word that well. Was your inventory commingled or were the stickers specific to you so that any unit that the customer received was a unit that you sent in versus a unit that someone else sent in? Look under the Reports --> Fulfillment tab. Can't remember which report will give you what you're looking for, but that's the easiest way I know of.
  12. We have 3 that we’re approved and 2 more that are unlinked and separate. If your metrics are fine just open a case, explain why you need another account (we have one for lego, one for home and kitchen, and one for health and beauty and just told them they are separate businesses with different bank accounts and names) and you will easily be approved in a few hours. Note that doing it this way your accounts will get linked so if one goes down it will most likely get all of the linked accounts suspended as well. Also you don’t want to sell the same asins on a linked account. For unlinked there is a little more work setting up another Llc, using different mailing and dedicated IP addresses, and getting creative with a drivers license but once done it is free reign and you can really take advantage and stuff the buy box or sell those higher risk items as if suspended it won’t affect any other account. Both ways not difficult. The time consuming part is aging and growing the new account slow and steady ( for both linked and unlinked) to avoid internal reviews. In 6 months or so it should be eligible for auto approval in all categories and most brands. You don’t want to open a new one now and then go full steam for 4Q or you will get suspended pending invoices etc for everything sold so far and funds held potentially forever if they don’t like your invoices. Open now for 4Q in 2019.
  13. OK...Let's please move on. I am partly to blame for extending the off topic BS so I apologize. These are difficult times and people are on edge. Let's get back to how LEGO is the root of all evil! These shows never die in syndication.
  14. 5 years from now I will have turned that money over at least 2 more times . So who cares?

Quick update for anyone involved in giving feedback. I shot him a message and gave my (truthful) sob story about the commission situation and how the portion he's requesting is a vast portion of my earnings. Turns out he's human, and has changed his request to $50. Still wants a refund for a nonsense reason, but it's digestible now anyway. Going to run with it, my time and 100% feedback is more valuable... can always make $50 on the next sale. Again, thanks for the feedback everyone.
  16. Except that the 10230 mini buildings are recognizable as being those buildings.
  17. One thing about this show is that it normalized “geeks”. Comics and collectibles were frequently featured, there was almost a full episode about building a Lego Death Star. Whether the show was funny or not is simply a matter of personal taste, and frankly not all that important. The free advertising for all the overpriced stuff I sling on Amazon was priceless.
  18. You'd think a show with so many LEGO references and pop culture themes similar to ones discussed here would be more popular on this site. Oh well I'm no scientist but Penny can sing soft kitty to me anytime....
  19. Hassle costs time. Time is valuable. eBay's paying peanuts for the CSRs to handle this and it's built into their business model. The buyer only spending a few minutes to potentially get $100. A seller's potentially going to spend more time arguing with eBay than they spent listing, packing, and shipping the order. Diminishing returns. And that's why I said the first thing to do is figure out how much it's worth to pay the buyer in cash to not have to lose more time dealing with it.
  20. End of book 2. Wife was like look how huge this thing is ; sadly she meant the cattle ummm castle .
  21. Buy two and build this. Disregard my crappy first attempt sails.
  22. I can only assume. I reported him several times.
