Well, I had to buy the Blu-ray for home watching yesterday (as my daughter loved it in the theater, and definitely was crazy over the whole "Reylo" thing). I hadn't enjoyed it in the theater, and wasn't looking forward to it, but I figured, I did remember laughing a bit during the movie, so maybe if I had a beer (or 2) - it could still be fun. Wrong - It was a long suffering experience without any laughter or purpose. My son tried to sneak out during it (he is too young to drink), but I insisted that he needed to stay, and suffer through it all, together as a family. After a while, I was even afraid to look over at my daughter, worried that even she was now realizing the pile of crap that lay before us. I think I still have a couple hours of "bonus" features to watch tonight - The crappier crap that wasn't even crap enough to make it into the movie.

UPS just showed up with a dolly of yesterday’s crazy Target orders. Next day delivery via regular shipping. Not bad!

Just got shipping notification on three more Assembly Squares. So far we have: 6 Assembly Square shipped 3 Death Stars shipped 3 Death Stars cancelled

I know I'm talking to a brick wall here but I think more orders would go through if some people were less greedy. When a supervisor or even warehouse picker sees a large ticket item being shipped in a large quantity to one individual it most likely raises a flag.

That's what I did. Spent $300 GC on 2 Saturn V's and some Speed Champions.

Opened my 5000 piece box this afternoon with my daughter filming. She is camera shy now. I will get that uploaded soon. Here is a still until I am home from work. Nice selection Ed, I have always regretted selling my last B-Wing, and I accidentally sold my last Research Institute. I especially love the chrome trooper and the Coruscant planet. The Ewok's remind me of when my boys loved Lego, it is great to have it. My daughter really wants the Falcon, so now I have her birthday covered. Thanks again.

Are they gift cards or merchandise return gift cards? If merch return, is your name associated with them? You only have until April 15, so you better find something. If they are merch returns, and your name isn't associated to them, better return them ASAP.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I'm done the reselling thing, but will collect a couple things here and there. I have gotten so screwed with sets purchased, looking intact when there's stuff missing, and then selling some things on ebay, to then get returns of things missing. It's terrible imo.

Has anyone tried ordering from the Toys R Us website? I ordered 5 days ago and my Speed Champions order is just sitting in limbo in "in progress" status. The shitty part is that I used my remaining gift cards and now I'm worried that my order will never get fulfilled and my gift cards will go poof when they close up shop.

You could always use the complaint thread to vent at the lucky ones. When this is all over, it would be interesting to get a BP orders fulfilled to cancelled ratio and see what quantities of sets shipped.

Just hide/ignore the topic.

Or you can be on eBay 11 years , call them multiple times about it and check your account settings constantly without ever getting a single offer.

Missed the really really good deals at Target this morning. However, I was able to snag two Destiny Bounty for $99 each. When I went to pick up at my local store they still had one more on the shelf (although website said their inventory was zero). I took that one up to customer service and asked if they would price match the $99 price of the two I was picking up (by this time the price was back up to regular retail). They were nice enough to price match. Picked up two Batman Knight Crawler as well for $20 each. Bad thing was they slapped pick up labels on my Destiney boxes. I got 95% of the residue off with a hair dryer and some eyeglasses cleaner. =(

Here is how they could fix this. Rey is sleeping, someone wakes her to tell her Leia has just died unexpectedly. As she is going to find out what is going on, we realize she is at the resistance base on D'Qar. The tail end of The Force Awakens and all of The Last Jedi was a dream sequence and never happened. Now we have to go find Luke to tell him about his sister and bring him back to kick ass and take names.

Lucked into a Grand Hotel with a $99 shelf tag to burn some rewards and gift cards.

I am assuming this is the show and tell section or the bragging section...lol, so there I go................. I am SO excited to share this with you guys !! I found this auction on eBay with a starting bid of $49.99 (reserve not met) (no bids) and a make offer option, Local pickup only =( I emailed the seller and they wanted to get $400 for them. They ended up agreeing to sell them to me for $200 ship to me for $36 shipping ! We have received them all and assembled them. I can not get over how immaculate they all are ! They were hers during childhood and guaranteed me that she took great care of all her things growing up ! Besides a little dust. They look brand new and all the boxes are intact and only a few creases and a little tear here or there. All the pieces are there ! Even the little gold coins and feathers for the hats. All the instructions are perfect and they even have posters that have not even been unfolded in them ! I feel very fortunate to get a hold of these and will enjoy displaying them =)

Just realized that IF the $5 in points cards were indeed multiple use per account, and IF I had spotted them before I started checking out, I could have bought that lot for $44+tax by ringing the first 11 up full price with $5 back each, and then using the accumulated points plus the points I had to buy the remainder Or buy all 30 one by one and end up with $150 in points for $120 spent .... What a missed opportunity! *wink*
