A lot of these characters seem to be prominently from the first two films. If that's true, I feel like the figure under Hooch will be Gilderoy Lockhart. Especially as the set leaks seem to resemble those two movies as well.

Sold a $300 statue to a buyer in Canada. He messages me after purchase asking me to indicate on the customs forms that it's a gift and only worth a $100. I tell him I can't do that. He whines to me about how much my refusing to commit customs fraud will cost him. I cancel and refund. He has messaged me 8 times alternating between begging me to sell him the statue and whining about what a jerk I am. Sigh.
