The $10 bag of Lego my wife bought about a month ago (picture 1 below) that contained an almost complete Star Wars 75048 The Phantom (missing the minfig only and 1 other piece) also had over 60% of the 75053The Ghost as well. Well, I decided to order the rest of The Ghost since I had most of the major pieces. All of the pieces are finally here from multiple BrickLink orders! Onto building next...

I was just at WM. The usual pallets of items are all over the store with signs that say no purchase til 6pm and guards making sure no one grabs anything early. I didn't see anything other than lego that piqued my interest- i.e. a mobile cable for $4 when I saw the SAME item in the hardware clearance section for $3. And the lego sets were a 1/2 pallet (30 classic, 6 duplo). One of the 'guards' was telling everyone that the exact same items were already available online, and that WM doesn't pay holiday pay for Thanksgiving. RIP Sam Walton.

I've tracked 7, going by the total sets in brackets for each theme. The problem is I cannot work out which! It is 1 x City (no idea which), 2 x creator 3 in 1 (31065 + 1 more), 1 x Expert (10249?), 3 x seasonal (advent calendars?), 1 x Speed Champions (75870 for the second time). May be wrong, but my best guess.

For a bigger set like the Pop Star House, returns aren't that common due to price. Negative feedback does happen from time to time, but mostly with smaller sets and it is easy to get removed when the buyer is just complaining about the price.

this happened to me with a batch of f'ing jasmine's i sent in and hadn't repriced and hit $6 lower than buy box and instantly bought up by some qfll. now i go through all of my out of stock listing and do some pie in the sky repricing so that never happens again. also make sure somehow you don't have 2 listings for the same item and one of them is priced low. that happened before. absolutely not. the person knows what they are getting into when you have someone go through this. here you are catering to 1%'er grandma. seriously. best review i've had in the last year was from grandma who bought a WoN from me for $99.99. she gave me 5 stars for customer service. (wtf?) i give her 5 stars for being a fantastic grandmother and a great customer. its the lowballers immediate post EOL who whine and complain about overpaying 20%. we're long past that point with this set.

Well in Mexico this weekend was the Mexican version of Black Friday, it is called Good Weekend ("Buen Fin" in Spanish). It was established about 5 years and it is getting better each year.... people are caching up to the hype of a sales weekend and the business are competing more aggressively to capture the sales.... I got 4 Ideas Doctor Who 21304, I got them for $750 Pesos each, that is about $40 USD Each tax included.... also I found IDEAS Wall-E's 21303 at 56 USD tax included, but passed on those I have plenty, these were at a toy Store that carries Ideas sets, and obviously most people that love Lego in Mexico do not know. Also I bought 3 SW Slave 1 UCS 75060 at another store that had them at $150 USD each Tax included, not bad for a set that is not on sale pretty often. and also I got a POTC Silent Mary 71042 for $140 USD tax included... Not bad for picking them up at the stores and choosing mint boxes...
