If you haven't used Google Express recently, or ever, you might be qualified to get an additional 20% off purchases up to $30 off using code NEWEXPRESS20 (one time use per account). The cool thing is, you can use it for LEGO at Walmart and Target. There's already lots of good stuff on sale, some already marked down 30% - 40%. I guess there's also a Discover 20% cashback on Discover Deals for Google Express on some accounts. May have seen an email offer. Wal-Mart Target Get a $130 Destiny's Bounty, $120 AT-M6, $65 BB-8, $70 VW, $70 Winter Train using a combo deal, etc. Your friends and family might have Google accounts too.6 points

I love this model! My fingers hurt for a week after working with those pieces, I had to glue 2 together to get them to stay, and my head almost exploded wading through all of those parts.... Other than that I loved it! I got it for $60 directly from Mattel while exploring the internet for enterprise MOCs. Good luck with your investment! Trekkies will always be around and buyers!4 points

Has anyone else watched the movies while building this set. I have watched all 8 and just finished bags 10. I guess I will see if I can finish it before all the bonus content from all of them.3 points

Hello everybody! I'm new on the site. I played with LEGOS all the time from 8-12 than sorta lost interests and changed completely. Lost all the sets I had as well sadly. A couple of weeks ago I stopped in a LEGO store just to check it out and It was a pretty happy feeling looking at all the Star Wars sets. I hadn't picked up a set in about 6 or 7 years. I spotted the Clone Wars Yoda Starfighter set and couldn't resist. I brought it home and put it together and I forgot how fun it was. It rejuvenated my affection for LEGOS all over again. I'm now getting back into it completely and look at it has a very enjoyable hobby to find sets and put them together and collect them. I'm excited to get back into and this seems like a great community. I discovered the website while trying to find a price guide for classic Star Wars sets. Basically just wanted to introduce myself. ?1 point

Got an order from the same person. Looked like they made dozens of orders. Problem was their IP was from India, not New York. They were quickly booted. The theory was they were possibly phishing for personal information by making orders. If yours was from today, then the same person made another round of orders since mine was a couple days ago.1 point

I don't think Supremacy Battle is the final name (it has a one word codename and sounds like a ship) but I definitely think that will be the set with Rose and Phasma. Probably FO Finn too1 point

Over here in mainland Europe the situation is not much different: Galeria Kaufhof in Germany had some stock but is sold out again. FNAC in France still has them in stock but has hiked the price to €149,99 (from €119,99).1 point

eBay were spamming seller offers at me over the last four weeks, maybe also the case with others hence the increase in supply. Final value fees of £3 once and final value fees of £1 twice. Offloaded a couple of Tumblers, will probably sell my last Tumbler and last Ant-man next time I get an offer on FV fees.1 point

Nah, it's good. This set is going to be gold this xmas ... I've seen a couple people on my Facebook feed mention it. Might as well call it RIv2.1 point

Given the state of politics in the world, I don't see how that's relevant to LEGO or a good idea.1 point

Hopefully there is a December blowout of their retiring soon inventory on TRU.com similar to last year. That was a great and expensive morning.1 point

TRUTH did work on LEGO last week, but it was only a matter of time before they updated the system to exclude it automatically.1 point

True, but the 20% selection is on marginal sets. My original comments were with the bigger exclusive type sets in mind (ie Ferris wheel)1 point

Was just at the main store across from the Eaton Centre looking for Star Wars black series figures and was surprised to see they had a mix of the new Star Wars and superheroes lego sets available. I doubt this is a sign of much as the other 2 locations down here I went to didn't have any, and there wasn't even a discount available for EB Games Edge members, but keep your eyes peeled. When God shuts a Sears window, he opens an EB door.1 point

Probably this first MOC I've created myself. This is the base for my first plate to my Winter Village. It's ice skating pond. The next plate will contact to the top, and will be a frozen stream with a bridge over it.1 point

I worked in Grand Teton for a summer and I would go to Idaho Falls on weekends periodically. Usually the best sales I ever found were at Kmart. Although at that time they were mostly smaller Atlantis sets :/1 point
