  4. can it be a mess up when it is constantly done year after year, set after set
  5. To extend the build fun, LEGO has implemented its first "sticker for each brick" set! You will receive a full complement of stickers to apply to an entire box of white bricks. We have even provided white stickers for the white bricks so no part of the experience is lost!

  10. Too bad the link mentioned largest "STAR WARS" set. If it was all LEGO sets, it would have had to have been bigger than this...

  12. So this is where the idea for Assault on Hoth came from.
  13. We need that, and we need a guess the piece count, and guess the minifigures. I'll put together a poll later today.
  14. Shall we have a game to predict when the first leaked photo of the real box will surface? If early release is Sept 14th then I´d say by 29th August we should have something.
  15. I think this is going to be how I start to label sets being sold opened box, sealed bags.

  17. Are we so quick to forget everyone's favorite investment winner : EXOSUIT
  18. Apollo hype was pretty bad but too but it worked. Minecraft mountain was also a bit tedious.
  19. Next reveal will be David Beckham building it.
  20. Great show though...Ive been thinking about all the Lego signs about the new falcon, would be hilarious if they lift a falcon shaped sheet of a brand new set and reveal the new UCS JarJar bust.
  21. This is when I originally built the tower circa 2015 I added mountains, a village, and a Great Wall to protect the villagers from the white walkers but never finished always onto something else.
  22. If anyone wants to sell me their 10179 for £342.49 PM me! I may even stretch it to a nice round £350! :-)
  23. After spending 20 minutes at Target feeling bags I finally found the one with the scarf. Had a weird conversation with an employee about what I was doing. He said some people bring in scales and weigh them to get the one they want.
  24. says frustration free packaging though... wth
  25. finally got my first... back in stock on amazon

  27. meesa only bubble back highly collectible items or sets that either require bubble wrapping by amazon or are over $300 in value. i use the single walled home depot boxes with padding that would only go on the top . haven't had any distributor damaged items in over 2 years ( i realize i just jinxed my self )
  28. I pack them in double-walled boxes without any extra padding in the bottom or around the sides. If there is a big void at the top, I'll fill that sometimes, but not always. I've never had a problem doing this. Bubble wrapping each set is complete overkill.
  29. I want the biggest box...ever!
  30. Corrected it for you. I would love to have that set. 10,000 pieces kicks ass in any theme!
  31. love this comment from FB comments. "Nice... the Death Star Debris set. "
  32. Yesterday I built 9492 TIE FIghter. I actually wasn't super impressed.I've built several versions of TIEs in the past few years and this is my least favorite. It reminds me too much of the older TIES from 99-05. I really much preferred the construction of the FIrst Order TIE. I also built 75172 Y-Wing today. I liked it. The only other Y-Wing that I ever built was the original one from the Y-Wing and TIE Fighter set. This one is leaps and bounds better than that. Although I did wonder (yet again) about the obsession that LEGO has with building a tiny useless cargo hauler for these types of ships.

  37. Finished. Well I guess I need to see the movie as there is a lot of build here that I have no clue what it is. Besides being an amazing display set, it is very busy and seems to have something different to look at each time, there are some awesome modules that have great detail on the inside that you do not see unless you take them apart and explore, like Lloyd's apartment that just looks like a plain yellow building from the outside and the comic book store. It is not your classic Ninjago set and I still think ToA is my favorite in the theme. It is also not a classic Modular where you build one floor at a time, rather you build separate modules that attach to make up the floors. I think they did a great job of recreating the city from the movie using new elements, elements in new colors and existing elements in new ways, but will have to wait to see it. I am going to add the Ninjago green dragon 70612 tonight and some lampposts from the city chase 70607 should be arriving Monday. You get a lot for $300 with over 4860 elements, 16 minifigs, sweep and 2 suprise figs that are part of the build.
  38. I flipped my eleventh one today. Lego will catch up with these, and then I'll be able to stockpile. Right now, I'm rolling in the extra cash.
  39. Hidden gem, Shhhhhhhh!
  40. Yes the sixth set does fit in the box with the other five.
