  1. Can we at least all agree to call this set UCS MILF? To distinguish it from the last one?
  2. For $800, they carry it to your car for you.
  3. Brunojj1 Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 DTM
  4. It all started with one of our fish having babies. We separated them in a breeding tank for a couple of days. But that was not enough....my wife and sons teamed up on me and begged for a bigger tank. Next thing I knew...we had decided to not only get a bigger tank, but also decided exactly how we wanted to decorate it. We love our Lego displays, and this was just another creative way to add to the collection. What the hell...right?!! Great build! Very fragile! Great display piece!
  5. What bag are you on raven? How is the build coming along?
  6. Then they'll carry it to your ballistic missile.
  7. Something about a kettle and name calling ....
  8. I think it's a new Tower Bridge built to scale with the London Bus.
  9. Bogus Bricks group member, or death to all posers.
  10. Cross-posted from Brickset & forums.... Why the upside-down box? Maybe the presence of a handle?!?! Another BS'er pointed me to 4785. Maybe this is the box?!?!?
  11. they could also ship an extra 20 percent bricks like the megabloks enterprise set to make sure you have more than enough and from that you can build a small falcon to go with the big falcon
  12. since 10179 is now the 'parent' set, maybe that should be called the UCS MILF?
  13. @CM4Sci will do a better job. But just a quick level adjustment. and look what we have here. I find it funny that, with all the speculation etc. TLG decided to have it fly the opposite direction.
  14. I'm still waiting for that club represented by a TP icon

  16. I put a couple of sets in my cart and I'm not seeing double. Maybe only on select sets?

A SW buildable figure is your favorite technic set?
  19. I don't know any other way... Nice little carts like I have at my warehouse with Macy's customers staring at you the whole way Fun fact some malls don't let you take carts through the mall. They yell at you
  20. I have recently updated my store terms, adding the following message: ***INTERNATIONAL TORSO BUYERS*** The United State Postal Service has recently changed it's rates for small packages. Bubble envelopes, which used to be inexpensive to send overseas, are now considered "packages" and cost the more expensive package rate. This means even small (30 gram) shippments start at around $13 to ship. However, I have been experimenting with shipping small parts orders in a reinfonced envelope with great success. The Envelope rate is much cheaper, and I can send some small orders for $5. If you have a small order (20 parts or so) of parts in the following catagories, ask me if I can ship them envelope rate: -torsos -heads -hips/legs -minifigure weapons Most helmets and hair pieces are too wide and fragile to ship via envelope. So @longshot, the deal is, you can send some small parts orders envelope rate. I posted pictures of the "cardboard sandwhich" technique I use for sending via envelope in the Packaging Thread* (I forget the actual name of the thread.) Let me know if you can't find it; I'll post it here. UPDATE: I found that post. It is HERE. Sending a 2oz envelope is around 3 1/2 bucks. I have gotten a noticeable uptick in international orders since adding the above note in my terms; I sent a $15 order to Denmark yesterday and a $50 order to Hong Kong today.
  21. Only *L e P i N* is allowed in Pyongyang
  22. Please don't leak, please don't leak... I wanna be surprised!
  23. Please mind the gap, the hype train is departing. /˳˳_˳˳\!˳˳X˳˳!(˳˳_˳˳)[˳˳_˳˳][_]hoo>
  24. No. (it's just referring to box size) 97,200 cm³
  25. Shipping rates can be unfair, at least for very small items. The most obvious case is shipping from Hong Kong or mainland China compared to vice versa. That said, you may be able to protect your item in cardboard, put it in a manila envelope, and ship it as a letter, rather than a package (someone else detailed how to do that at some point here). That assumes you're not dealing with a bulky piece.
  26. I thought it meant you were part of the Big Time Player's Club.
  27. New LEGO Build Your Own Adventure book, DC Comics Super Heroes. It includes Green Lantern John Stewart! And a nice little mini jet. I just wish they'd offer up instructions for the builds inside. There's a few good builds that I'll have to figure out.
  28. Glitch? No mention of dbl vip on the Store Calendar What set was it?

It was an ad that was displayed through Google Ads, they are aware of it and cleared the site overnight.
  30. My experience has been it is considered electronics. If there is a gwp, Dimensions won't trigger the register to give you the promo for free. Has to be manager override.
  31. Perhaps making sure they're not contaminated with nerd cooties?
  32. Emazers is making sure he has at least 20 Beatles Subs, This set to me will always be popular as the years go by. Even though Lego says Sold Out that does not mean they will never get anymore in, we have seen that plenty times before. I figure they will loose the License at the end of the year, but you never no.
  33. I don't get this ... LEGO is releasing a large scale Millenium Falcon, and everyone is complaining because it will look like a ..... Millenium Falcon? What did you expect?
  34. Used @exciter1's time machine to get an Arctic Base for 50% off at Target.
