Hello...I don't know to what extent you are involved in trying to make money from reselling LEGO sets/bricks, but waiting for glitches is a bad business model. The people who took advantage of the glitch were prepared and waiting for the regular deals to launch. It was not so much luck as it was being informed and taking a chance on potential deals. People grind out money from reselling LEGO sets to lipstick all the time...but they grind it out. They have a plan and put the work in and are ready to pull the trigger. Fortune favors the prepared mind...

Received my Detective's Office, Brick Bank, and Assembly Square Thursday and Caterham via Alexa Friday. Pretty excited to have them in my build queue for the future. Disappointed that I didn't get other stuff like GBHQ, Death Star, etc but am happy I got the 3 sets I wanted the most and not to be too greedy. Besides it ending means I don't end up with a $1000 charge because I don't know if I would've stopped so easily. Assembly Square seems like the set we all pretty much bought from haul pics.

Yes, you should absolutely quit. There really weren't any good deals to speak of before the glitch and there most assuredly will not be any moving forward. The end is near.

need to move volume. @ $200+ it only sells about 1unit/day. if one has to move 100 units then its going to take over 4 months. one can probably move that 100 units easily at $100.

Oh my god yes. The lines at CS are constant and move sooooooo ssssllloooowww. Thats what I was trying to avoid. I see everyone price matching stuff here and figured they had to be doing it at the register because no way would they deal with those lines. Plus the CS counter is past the registers, so you have to walk past the registers with unpaid merchandise which always gives me a bad feeling.

It's a different take on the universe, hence new ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! I dunno why people can't grasp that. If they used the same voice actors people are probably going to think this takes place in the same universe as the TV show, which it doesn't.

I like these, but my son hates them he is a huge ninjago fan and cried when I showed him the movie preview and sets. He swears he will never watch the movie as they look wierd and different from the regular ninjago sets. 6 year old problems are funny!

is this movie going to be about making japanese soups and stews? kitchen tools and bowls are associated with almost every minifig. :S

My favs: Eraserhead: The printing on the body and head make for an interesting look. The printed tile is cool also. Swimming pool Batman: The molded duck floaty ring is awesome. Commissioner Gordon: The detail on the torso is really cool and the hair piece is nice. Too bad it's just a walkie but at least there is a printed wanted poster of the Joker. Least favs: Orca: Yeah it's a recolored Shark suit guy that's supposed to be a whale now. I understand why they went that route but in the end I smell a little bit of laziness. (At least the head piece is a printed mouth and tongue so that might be good for other costume type minifigs. Joker: (yeah I went there) The face is just not great...what's with the tooth? I guess I might need to see the movie to see if it makes sense. Perhaps there is an alt face on the back. The hairpiece is nice but the rest of the torso might seem a little plain but I guess it can be re-purposed pretty easily with other figs. Fav accessories: Calculator Helmet, Duck Floaty (so awesome), Joker wanted poster Minifig most likely to give me nightmares: Fairy Batman

Notice Calculator's helmet - 07734 = Hello upside down. Dick Grayson is holding a can of Bat Shark Repellant. Vacation Batman's duck is also wearing a mask. Eraser might be my favorite. King Tut will (obviously) go fantastic with the 66 Batcave.
