It's been WAY too long since we've had any posts here to discuss our love of Classic Space. So, I'm going to bump this thread back up and try to get it going again. So, to start: Here's Classic Space 483-1 (US) Alpha-1 Rocket Base / 920-2 (EU) Rocket Launch Pad, from 1979. 187 pieces. This is a thing of beauty. One of the sets I had as a kid. Pretty scarce out there, if you check Bricklink: 483-1: 920-2:2 points

(From the USA Today page) Prime Day starts at 9 p.m. EST (6 p.m. PST) for all Prime members. Voice-only Prime Day deals start a couple hours earlier at 7 p.m. EST (4 p.m. PST) for Alexa device owners. Amazon Devices: Amazon Echo—$89.99 (Save 50%): This is the biggest discount Amazon has ever offered for this Alexa device. Echo Dot—$34.99 (Save $15): We've never seen such a great discount on the Dot, either. Kindle Paperwhite—$89.99 (Save $30): The Paperwhite has never been sold for under $100 before (at least not new). Now's your chance to get it at the lowest price ever. Fire 7—$29.99 (Save $20): This is Amazon's best-selling tablet. Fire HD 8 Kids Edition—$89.99 (Save $40): You'll also be able to buy two for $149.99, saving you an additional $40. Plus, two devices means less fights over whose turn it is to use the tablet. Echo Show and Arlo Security Camera Bundle—(Save $75): We'll update you once this bundle deal is live on Amazon. Echo Dot and TP-Link Smart Plus—Save 30%: We'll update you once this bundle deal is live on Amazon. TV Deals: There are going to be lots of great TV deals, but they won't all last the entirety of Prime Day. Here's what we know so far: Element Amazon Fire TV Edition, 55—$399.99 (Save $250): This 4K Ultra HD TV has Fire TV and Alexa built right in, making it easier to stream all those free movies and TV shows you get when you're a Prime member.2 points

I've put in my fair share of time on Connect 4 as a kid. Great game. Went to a resort in FL and they had a huge one with 6" dia. checkers.2 points

Sold a used Indiana Jones Temple Escape locally for $80. That covered the cost for the original lot, still have a Sentai Fortress, at least one Technic set still in there, and a 6210 Jabba Barge for me. Looking good. Also, sold a used Destiny's Bounty for $69 and a used 75050 B-Wing for $48 on BL.2 points

Nordstrom has had LEGO for a long time. You will need to correct the spelling of the chain name, though. There is no 's' at the end of Nordstrom, just as there is no 's' at the end of the name LEGO.2 points

I debated it, but at the time I only had a few left and prices were dropping. I figured I would send them in to FBA and move on.1 point

First of all - I am banning people from posting in this thread (not really) because every time I see it's a new post I think it's an announcement and I'm dying to hear about Voltron. I really like it. I think it had a good shot and would really like to buy it.1 point

could have done a better job balancing that decorative lego star on top of the cardboard tree. seems like its about to fall off. this has got to be a joke- right? no way i would sell these because any normal buyer would be expecting the tree to show up in the box in actual lego form. the tricycle looks cool.1 point

I've said it before and I'll set it again. I don't see the market for a large play set based on a 60's TV show that doesn't work as a display piece. It's the only set I've bought for personal build and decided to get rid of within days of finishing. I kept the Batmobile and got rid of the rest. I can see this sat in Smyth's Toys in UK well into the middle of next year.1 point
