1. Found this fellow on Craigslist (Baltimore) for $150. Needs a bath for the layer of dust, but otherwise in excellent condition.
2. Welcome aboard! Glad to have you! Need any Joker Steamrollers?
3. Agreed, but I did have to listen to The Last Jedi panel to see if they had a trailer.
4. Scored these. Last two were on the top shelf pushed back. Could not be seen in plain sight. Someone was trying to hide them I'm sure.
5. A good guest would buy a steamroller ;-)
6. Don't hate, picked up my Celebration Exclusive Detention Block set today. I finally received the email.

This one's clearly a bot.
8. A used/99% complete 75055 for free from Facebook Marketplace. They were asking $50, but couldn't find the third book and gave up on inventorying it, so they just gave it to me. Sweet!
9. Try to return one to the Lego booth for store credit.
10. @terrymc4677 you are one of the rare who can admit your mistakes unlike a lot of us and that includes me... but here are my own collection of follies.
11. It's all good. I don't mind being the punch line to a BP joke. I deserve it for going so deep on that set. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's made a regrettable purchase that seemed like a sure thing at the time. Live and learn. I have a feeling that as soon as I sell my last one the price on those things is going to skyrocket...or not.
12. Out with the kids and happened to pass by my local Lego shop. Even though I have my quota of beetles couldn't resist popping in to see if they had any and they did so bought an Eiffel Tower for me and a y m-wing microfighter for my son who was with me. As well as getting the beetle, got a few polys thrown in, including an admiral yuralen. Not bad for a spontaneous purchase of less than £40 if I do say so myself.
13. MODS PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CLOSE THREAD, THIS WON'T BE TOPPED. Galaxy Squad 70709 Galactic Titan, Amazon FBM, $109.99 BOOM!

The A-Wing is BACK! one of my favorites,
15. it's called rope. Lasso each kid around the waist to your belt.
16. I'll ask for the new Falcon
17. A set I previously missed out on but finally purchased at a great price! Courtesy of tabbyboy, beautifully packaged and as described. Many thanks.
18. yeah - he drove to orlando from ohio so he could flip it. maybe at a million dollars he would. somehow i think exciter1 is star wars fan to the core.
19. I'm sure a good set of instructions will make it online.

After about 16 months of collecting/acquiring stock, I finally began my first foray into selling. I listed all of these items last weekend. eBay: Raptor Escape - $118.5 (I bought 3 from a guy in a Wal-Mart parking lot for $120 about a year ago) Wookie Gunship - $70 (buy-in was $40 from Target clearance) Series 1 Microfighters X-Wing + TIE - $40 (buy in was $20) Rhino and Sandman Supervillain Team-up - $39.50 (buy in was $19 from Wal-Mart clearance) Loose Minifigures: Jek-14 - $20 Ithorian Jedi Master - $15 Wolfpack Clone Troopers (x2) - $20 AT-DP Drivers (x2) - $8 Kallus - $10 All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the return. I never intended this to be a major source of revenue, but these sales at least somewhat offset the cost of my habit. I'm sure I could have held on longer for higher returns, but I've run out of storage space and my (live-in) girlfriend is constantly reminding me of this fact.
21. Merc and Chiron over a couple of nights in front of the TV. left off the stickers for the time being.
22. Which Porsche set is it again? IMHO , significantly. Agents is the one line I don't buy. And I buy EVERYTHING. Unless, I already have a buyer lined up. Which did happen once, but just once.
23. you should change your profile photo and have your dad hold the steamroller instead of the friends set.

6 hours of footage from 40th anniversary celebration Orlando.
25. Ebay price will be $60 in two years time. $10 in fees, $15 to ship. $5 profit. It may or may not be worth it to you. I would pass.
26. Weeoo, weeoo, sound the alarm. They're out.
27. I'm $30 away from platinum vip,, decisions, decisions...I do need TP...
28. Had a lot of fun building Elves Secret Marketplace with my son (6) and daughter (3). Mainly me of course, but they chipped in. Engaging and bright set, with lots of small, interactive parts.
29. You should ask this in the "Deal or No Deal" or "What LEGO set to buy/sell" threads instead of in the Daily Deals thread, but the gist is: Ultra Agents is long since retired so we know how the sets perform. Those Speed Champions sets have not yet retired so people are hopeful they will do well, but there is no guarantee. Personally, I would rather have Speed Champions than Ultra Agents
30. I still want to see Luke Skywalker straight up wasting people with his green lightsaber. Plus, Old Man Luke minifigure would be cool too.
31. I have to admit, I really love these ads. Very stylish.
32. They cut the stream at the end of the day so you can just watch the good stuffs. There is too much mundane & boring stuffs in the live stream for my taste. Here is a 40 years SW panel where rotating SW actors basically gave tribute to George Lucas for 1 hour.
33. That Airport Fire Truck had the distinction of being unique and done well and was a good addition to people's airports. I think it'll be a while before another one of those comes out in either the Fire or Airport subtheme. In this case, that utility truck looks a bit juniorized and a dime-a-dozen. Load up on it if your city needs a cable TV outage crisis. Pass on it for investing.
34. Yes, I'll take more pics today and ask them about the 10179 remake. I have the rugrats with me, so looking away for pics is a challenge. They are running from exhibit to exhibit.
35. I made really good money on the big ultra agents sets.
36. Kind of late to be calling it now, but that boat, oh that boat.
37. good discount wise vs. MSRP. not a good set.
38. When you build the snowspeeder can you post the pic of the new MF that's in the back of the instructions
39. 75144s, new snowspeeders
40. This is on display at Star Wars Celebration, along with the Quad Jumper, which is kind of tiny.

Sold a used 5378 Hogwarts (3rd Edition) today for $725 CAD. Ebay, and certainly not the lowest price by a big margin. Sold well above BP suggested market value. Buy-in of $121, paid back the entire lot it came from. Whoot!
42. Luckily gonna have 10 friends to speed build one of these f'ers with in line at celebration. 2.5 hours to get to the door alone should have it built by then...
43. I love this set! I missed it when it first came out, but bought one from a fellow brick picker a few months ago. I may actually have time to build it this weekend!
44. Picked up my first Ferris Wheel today on Amazon Warehouse deals with the $10 coupon and some rewards points. Now for the box condition gamble...
45. ...or ten. Lol...if K Mart was still relevant in GB I'd be more than happy to share some coupons. Sadly, both of mine closed up shop a few years ago. Would Shopko coupons suffice? Otherwise all I got is beer.
46. Throw in the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card for 5% off. Curse you, Amazon. Today, I will feed the beast. Just for today.
47. $26 AT-STs with the amazon BOGO. haven't seen anything this low yet on this obvious winner. LEGO STAR WARS AT-ST Walker 75153 $31.99 | $8.00 (20%) [after BOGO $25.59 each (Save Additional $6.40 36% total)]
