Been looking to build a UCS AT-AT for awhile but Moc's have been too expensive with their rare parts, until the one Raskolnikov built. It's a great looking model. I have changed a few pieces and will be getting some 2x2 round tiles to put in a few places. Sorry for poor phone photo.

Quick update: I just got home with the bins. They weigh over 100 pounds and are very clean. So far, there are very few Mega Bloks and I have already confirmed a few sets from themes including Star Wars, Lego Movie, City Arctic, Scooby Doo, and Super Heroes. I am looking forward to sifting through all of this over the next few months. What I can't figure out will be great for free building. Thanks for your help. I will keep you posted on what I find!

I managed to get a Raptor Rampage and a Livi's Pop Star House at B&N. Though they were not on sale, I did get a GC from Raise and a 10% membership discount, bringing the price down to ~$95. Not the deal best or purchase ever, but I least I did not pay full price for these retired/hard to find sets. Discounts on sets like these are hard to find or non-existent where I live. This is the same as about 40 other auctions I have seen, the Red 5 X-wing £14.99, IST £14.99 and a few other things. I think they are managing to find old unused 100% historic feedback accounts to hack and maybe keeping the value low to avoid detection from Ebay but going down the quantity route rather than 1 high value.

I see a Nexo Knights shield in the top picture . More importantly, I see 2x 64225 in the second picture (Lime Green 4x3 Wedge No Studs) which indicates there is a Scooby Doo Mystery Mansion in there (these two wedges make up the flesh eating flower in the greenhouse, you can see them assembled with the red "tongue" inside). You might want to look for the minifigs though, especially Daphne. ADD: You can see Fred and the motorcycle w sidecar at the bottom right side of the second picture.

This right here...there is just too much variation in that ominous "used" designation and not knowing what your going to get. That said there is a market on vintage. I am replacing pieces from my mid 90's childhood sets (as well as being a classic space collector) so used is the only way to go on some things so it is good. I recently purchased from one seller that rated all used parts 1 through 5. With one being like new and 5 being heavy scratching and playwear. I really liked that system and will be implementing it when I open my bricklink store. Which on a side note: my professional grade ultrasonic cleaner got delivered today, looking forward to test cleaning used parts this weekend and being one step closer to the BL dream.

Another MOC using only parts of the 75016 Imperial Assault Carrier: This one is inspired by the wing shape of the LL 928 Galaxy Explorer. I used this as my template for the spaceship shown. It has a large cockpit and a transporter room. This room fits a small glider and a controll platform, which can be left on a planetary surface to do some further investigations. The two blue thrusters illustrate the ion engines, which power that ship. They are located at a safe distance to the cockpit and transporter room, in order to avoid hazardous radiation from the charged particles in the electric fields of the ion engines. I am now constructing the original Imperial Assault Carrier, because I am on a creative break. If you have any ideas for another MOC alternate using this great collection of grey bicks, pls let me know✨

Any builder understands the strife in trying to make something feel natural and organic. Thankfully some have been quite successful in these endeavors which lead back to the subject for this topic. One part akin to "advanced building techniques" and the other being "MOC highlights", I thought it might be interesting to have a central hub for showing off these designs of nature well as ways to create them if possible. A couple of designs here to start things off with hopefully more added as time goes by.
