  1. So I was finally able to find someone to help develop a plugin for a sticky post that will be great for this thread. The daily deals will now have the updated list like we used to at the top of each page. To make it less annoying to you frequent visitors, it skip past that post as you go from page to page, but you can scroll up at anytime to see it. It is better than it used to be because it will be on every page and you will not need to go back to the first post of the day all the time to get the latest updates. Hopefully you find it useful.

  5. FBM 9526 Palpatine's Arrest for $171.00
  6. Please note and I'm not sure how it shows up on mobile? Jeff worked on a new feature that allows the Daily Deals main post to appear on each page. We can now keep it updated with current deals and it will be much more visible to those using standard browsers.
  7. 6 sets of GBHQ alternate build - WOW - A true masterpiece!
  8. $30 each? Sure, I guess so...
  9. IIRC, 'Showing Off' was the original title of the DD threads.
  10. Reinvest that $500 properly and you can make better future gains. And you get good karma for helping a friend. We call that a twofer!
  11. I'll work on the list. Everything isn't in there and it will be a long list initially for items over 20% off. The past couple days I've been highlighting the large discounts at both Target and Amazon.
  12. First look at the Buildable Figures for Rogue One:
  13. Added the Yoyo coupon to the sticky post. Clicking on the SUNNY16 link will give you all 60 sets eligible for the coupon
  14. A huge thank you for this feature because this allows me to easily find affiliate links without having to source out individual posts or posts by mods.
  15. One more to add: Amazon.com - 75903 Scooby-Doo Lighthouse - $34.99 (30% off)
  16. I like it, but it's been discounted everywhere so long, it's hard to predict what it's future will be. Probably won't lose money at this price and it's good if you don't have one, but investment capital is probably better spent elsewhere.
  17. OK, it's technically LEGO. Amazon 10597 - Duplo: Mickey and Minnie Birthday Parade - $17.59 (30% off)
  18. So I had a buyer leave a negative feedback earlier this month. Totally bogus - brand new buyer, she said "wrong size", didn't give me a chance to resolve/address. Sent her a polite message pointing out the listing cited "16x16 studs (not inches)" and inviting her to return it (at my shipping expense even). Crickets. Submitted the request for revised feedback - 10 days passed without any action on it by the gal. Just called Ebay tonight. They answered within 2 minutes, and removed the negative feedback after 2 minutes of conversation/review (restoring my 100% feedback rating). Very pleased with Ebay's overall customer ("seller") service, quick ability to diagnose the issue and divine the facts of the matter, and implement resolution.
  19. Series 16 revealed! For me - a complete win!
  20. The same target had a box of series 10 minifigs which i promptly purchased. Obviously theyd been clearing out their backrooms.
  21. whoa.....now you guys are just showing off...
  22. Just got back from Sonic, I ordered 20 Corn Dogs....the guy working the drive thru wanted to commit suicide
  23. Just pushed an update for it, let me know if its better
  24. Unless we know what the supply looks like, we'll never truly know how much product LEGO is moving. I know that our family has basically burned out on Super Heroes sets... last one we bought was Black Manta Deep Sea Strike and it's sitting in a box and might get sold. I'd like to collect some of the minifigs I and the kids know well but there is just too many now to really want to complete them all.... ** Edit: At the right discount, it'll be hard to turn down at least 1 for the collection. **
  25. Ant-man Final Battle €7.24 in Tesco. Lucky find, sadly they only had one.
  26. Today Only.... @ SONIC
  27. Thanks again, it may be the train station with some stuff added to it, but still 7997. guy is asking $100-$125 sold...
  28. Simpsons House for $185 shipped. Pirates chess for the kid and wife.
  29. Okay, I totally want the droid dude.
  30. You and I may need to chat.
  31. Not a deal, but important info for those using this to get a deal: http://www.recode.net/2016/5/23/11746112/amazon-price-drop-adjustment-refunds
  32. 2 points
That is one sweet Delorean ....
  33. Fba R2D2 :399.9 bought last week for 250$
  34. Very reminiscent of the Buck Rogers star fighter [/img]
  35. And that's how you get the Ecto-1 to fit. I don't know what the issue was...
  36. Should be no problem, just use paypal......i sold some mini figures to a guy in china for 900......very smooth
  37. That might be a MOC - based on the black double convex 3x3 slope on the corner, it's based one of these sets: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3675&in=S . My best guess is that it contains part of 7997 Train Station, but the green part is a custom build (which would explain why the roof plates go from black to dark blue in the bin picture).

  39. All signs point to buy and flip before/during Euros. Even if there are more in a warehouse, so many are being shipped internationally to meet global demand for regionally available items. Mine should be crossing the Atlantic this week
  40. Two sets recently...Eiffel Tower and the Disney Characters. And yes, the star destroyer is attacking the Disney characters!
  41. A while back I purchased some lego from one of the owners of Brick Bricks, a terminator salvation MOC, a few other bits and this along with a bulk lot of loose. After asking him I found out it was the beginning to a basement for the HH. Its been sat in the cupboard since, until a few day back when I fitted the HH to it a started covering the floors and adding details. Now don't get me wrong the majority of the work was not done by me, he is an amazing builder and has added secret passage ways sliding doors, prison cells, and there is a battery pack installed ready for a lighting kit. Any way just thought I'd share, get some tips and feedback. I've got a brick link order coming with various bits and some more olive bushes and lots of olive grasses, which I think will finish the front off nicely. I haven't started on the back, but was thinking of a graveyard, with a tree? I was also thinking of a large lamp post and the street. Much bigger and gothic style rather than the modular ones. Anyone have any ideas for this?
  42. Purchased this awesome book earlier, and as a bonus it included this Micro-scale Space Cruiser which my son could build!
  43. Well, you should wait at least a few days... like 5 or 6? Sometimes people get busy and forget. If eBay says 30 days, then it's 30 days. I don't do auctions, and - after a couple slow... or "non" payers - I've set all my listings to "Immediate Pay" so I don't have this problem. I'm even wary about taking "best offers" for this reason. I hate waiting to see if (and when) someone is going to pay. After a reasonable wait, you might try and cancel the sale yourself... again I don't do this very often... but I believe you'll get a list of options as to why you are cancelling, and you can click, "no contact from buyer" or.. "buyer didn't pay..." or something. Then you might get an auto response again saying you have to wait 30 days first. You could choose "Item is no longer available" ... or..." description was incorrect" or something like that... but these options could hurt your eBay metrics, if you're concerned about that. Finally, to answer your last question... you cannot leave negative feedback for a buyer under any circumstances... eBay changed that a couple years ago. It's either positive feedback, or nothing. If you follow their procedures, and wait it out, they will eventually get an "unpaid item" ding on their record, but that's about all you can do.
