  1. You should sell one now and one later
  2. C'mon, it's not that bad. Sure, it looks nothing like the ship from the show and the colors are all wrong and it's basically a log with weird folding wings and....Who am I kidding, it sucks. Has cool mini figs though.
  3. Dom dom dom. You were too altruistic.
  4. Looks like you've got a drinking problem <duck> ... door's in upside down
  5. Built my first modular. GF built the pet shop half and I built the townhouse. Fun build! This can get addictive (and expensive).
  6. Finally went out looking for this round of WM clearance. 2 stops (not all for me, I'm a good sharer): 2x $49 IST 4x $45 FOT 7x $19 Tie Adv Proto 1x $25 SD Lighthouse 2x $54 HL Shopping Mall 1x $11.88 Portal Level Pack Now I need to sell more so I can swipe the IACs when they get another round of clearance back to $30...left a few at $64
  7. I think that the entire packaging, etc. looks awful - it looks like one of the knock-off sets.
  8. That's one of the worst looking lego trucks I've ever seen... did it look like that in the movie?
  9. Yeah. Lego just made all these new Disney molds so that the ahole that cleared out his local 20 Target stores can make bank. Ahahahaha
  10. These have been out for two weeks, I'm sure they're not making anymore...[emoji849]
  11. You can imagine I am as sad as all of you having to say this, but I regret to say that we were not able to secure a second shipment of Disney minifigures. Distributors made promises, and they fell through. Now we too have to admit that, despite our attempts to provide everyone with a box, LEGO simply under-produced for this round. There were a few boxes left after our first shipment came in and everything was sent out to all our buyers here over the last few days. If we had enough to satisfy the demand, I can assure you that we would provide a competitive price. However, due to the fact that we will not be getting more stock any time soon, these will be priced much higher. For anyone who is interested, the items will be available through the following links: Set - http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEGO-71012-Complete-Set-of-18-Disney-MINIFIGURE-S-SERIES-/222083146610? Box - http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-SEALED-LEGO-71012-Box-Case-of-60-Disney-MINIFIGURES-SERIES-/331829122026? Again we apologize for the inconvenience this is to all of you. I truly wish this were not the case. If you feel that you have been wronged or cheated by not receiving one, please bring your complaint to LEGO. ...but don't. That really won't do you any good. Hope to see you all next time, Jon
  12. Twinsies! (Finished mine last weekend after it sitting in its box for half a year):
  13. 3 points
    Yep, new stuff hitting TRU.
  14. If they hurry the release a bit, it can just make it into the current clearance round ....
  15. Make all your BIN listings immediate payment required and you won't have to deal with knuckleheads.
  16. Been looking for an SD Lighthouse at $25, but all my WMs still have it at full price. Lucky you.
  17. Agreed. More will be coming in the available weeks / months. Kinda similar to the CMF monsters series.
  18. tru.com has 20% off all technic, plus $5 off $30 code. not sure if this is instore also, not advertised.
  19. 60095 Deep Sea Vessel for 49E. I first posted on BP about this sale and then went to order one....but it was already too late .
  20. Set 60095 Deep Sea Vessel discounted on AMAZON.DE from 99,99E to 49,98E.
  21. 22. I sold an AT-AT 75054 for $220. These are starting to take off. I may have one more, I need to check again. I almost immediately rolled those proceeds into a lot of Harry Potter sets that popped up on CL. 15 x sets for $300. Couple small sets, couple big ones. It'll be a slam dunk double down, and HP sets always sell super fast.
  23. Found this at TRU today too. Will pick this up as soon as I can get it discounted.
  24. It's been available at LEGOLAND California for a month or two.
  25. Here's a picture of the final, official, neck-fix package of parts (I somehow got on the list twice and received two fix packs). The inventory is up on Bricklink - check it out here
  26. My case from Minifigures plus came today! Time to get smooshing.
  27. I think lego took a page from apples book on how to properly package a product. well done.
  28. EBay 10937 - Arkham Asylum - $268 ($8 to ship via GSP to Kentucky) FBA 70132 - Chima: Scorm's Scorpion Stinger - $47.99 (and to think I was hesitant to pick these up for $11 each at Wal-Mart)
  29. To the Quick Flip mobile!
  30. The final Captain America: Civil War set was revealed today. Tanker Truck Takedown. Includes Captain America, the Vision, Hawkeye, and the first ever MCU Spider-Man. Looks like it could pair nicely with the 76051 Super Hero Airport Battle.
  31. Hi! Does anyone there have bought or have some photos of the oldest star wars display ever made? It was showed at Lego Immagination Center in Mall of America from 1999 to 2002 or so. The display was round and divided in three parts, Endor, Hoth and Tatooine. There was a nice Death Star on it, and there were the first jawas ever made and some more cool mocs.
  32. Again, what's up with the 3 shield generators instead of 4? What source material is LEGO working from?
  33. Gutted, I was expecting some sort of Tantive IV remake.
  34. Just after a bit of advice/conformation really. Do people generally find that selling items with actual photos vs stock photos yield better results on sites like eBay? Or does it not really matter too much? I know a good phot makes all the difference but some of the stock ones are pretty good
  35. I see this on this site http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=9355-1
  36. LEGO Super Heroes Marvel Civil War Captain America's Motorcycle (30447) http://m.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=85312276&csm=908834721&csc=3810090&csa=913975991&csu=3810092
  37. GSP is EBay's sponsored international shipping program. Expensive for the buyer, but easy for the seller. I just ship it the distribution center and they take it from there. I don't use FedEx Smartpost for anything. I had a few bad experiences. In my case, I got what I paid for.
  38. These guys have been staring at me with a 30% discount on and off for the last few months, so I thought I’d give them a go, see if they had any potential. Like the Garbage Truck, others not so such, all feel small.
  39. Saw this at TRU today, very nice looking.
  40. Wish i could pre order this for delivery June 1. Whoever gets the serial number 0000000911 is a lucky beggar.
  41. I remember it well. Argos had them online for £1.99 each with free postage. I ordered them in lots of 10 before i went on holiday ( sept 2013) and they posted them all individually. My Postman has never spoke to me since
  42. Let's stop making up rumors. Minifiigures Plus has been around a long time and provide quality products at reasonable prices. There are still many Mom and Pop toy shops throughout the country that resell LEGO products.
  43. Yeah I'm not sure they will sign up for another Licence again either, however I still think the Haunted Mansion will do well around Halloween time, and the Mystery machine is a classic vehicle, the sets also have some very nice minifigs so I would write this one off just yet, especially if it retires sooner rather than later . . . .
  44. 1 point
Heres a BIG shout out to Lego for finally putting a minifig in a wheelchair! It is in set 60134, kind of a park setting. As a father of one boy in a chair, and another who is almost wheelchair bound, this is a sight for sore eyes. My boys have MOC'd many wheelchairs, but it is refreshing to see them design a specific wheelchair piece. Thank you Lego!
  45. After watching episode vii, I can say that the prequels are starting to look pretty good...
