Three Targets near me. Each with their own quirks when it comes to this release of minifigures: Store #1 - Has the figures behind the desk at electronics (obvious place to buy your LEGO). You are allowed only four of them, and you can't touch them. Store #2 - I asked on Sept 1st, seeing on the stock tracker that they had plenty in stock. The nice employee informed me that the new minifigures were Star Wars and they couldn't put them out until the 4th. I explained that they were not Star Wars, and he assured me that all of the new Lego was Star Wars. Now it is 9/7, they still have the same count in the stock tracker and not a figure on the shelf. Store #3 - Their stock was at 90ish on Saturday but only 15-20 Simpson figures could be found. I asked a nice associate about them and politely shared that the # was the same as the Simpson figures but asked if he could check if they had any of the new series in stock (sharing the # with him). He checked and saw the same high count that I'd seen on the stock tracker. After walking up and down the Lego isle, he came upon the Simpson figures and told me he found them....sigh. I asked if they might have the new ones in the back and he assured me they do not keep anything in the back but put it out right away. I didn't want to ask him how the 15-20 Simpson figures somehow matched the 90 stock count he'd pulled up. Went back to Store #3 again tonight. The stock counter has jumped to over 200. Once again, only 15-20 Simpson figures out front. I asked a different associate about the new ones (again, being open that they share the same number as the Simpson ones). This time I was told that they had not received any of the new ones yet and that "None" of the Targets carry the new figures yet because Targets get those much later than other stores. So.... all of you who have found your figures at Target you should return them. They are clearly Mega Blocks.4 points

When you really think about it though, 200 is not a lot, especially when that is only 9 complete sets. There's more than 9 kids in your area that want them...3 points

So let me get this straight, they could create perfectly working cybernetic hands, but not C-3PO's paint jobs ????? By movie IX, it should get blue chestplate and purple right thigh to match the red arm and silver leg2 points

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. You know, that might work fairly well with both since there is an orange and blue channel on the remotes (and channels)! You could control up to 8 rides from the same remote. The EV3 motors are also speed sensitive and programmable... could probably make an EV3 program to control the ride. Program it to load/unload people and rotate for a while. Hmmm... looks like I finally have an easy project to start with!2 points

Here is what is wrong and the parts you need: http://brickset.com/article/16465/what-s-wrong-with-21303-wall•e Lego is sending me two sets of replacement parts, so you are probably safe getting at least two. And this fixed the neck and now it works great: http://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-ideas-wall-e-21303-head-modification-by-chris-mcveigh/ Now to add power functions! (The Baymax is my own creation and if you like it go to Lego Ideas and support it)2 points

Cool! These prices are/were pretty common to find. Benny isn't bad at that price, but i'd stay away from Dropship at $80. On the topic of WM clearances - I found 2 RE's in a clearance section at a local WM. However no sticker and no reduced scan price, and i don't need anymore at full retail. I'll certainly keep my eye on them though to see if they do discount em before selling out >:)1 point

Managed to find a top secret surveillance pic. That must be one of his minions putting in position some more Pet Shops on the trolley.1 point

Fatique is an understatement. It could possibly even remain longer than is good for us. Pet Shop is ideal to use multiples of. To create an average line of houses in a modular street. I know there has been a call for this by legofans. Cause what does one do with a Grand Emporium without normal inhabitants? And where do these normal peeps live? T1 Camper Van has lost its shine in my opinion. It had to have retired a year ago at the latest. If it retires now... it will go up in value. No question. But it lost its potential of becoming a classic investment winner.1 point

Thanks for info! i have been holding back for the dropship and also SSS so will definitely go down to get one. Lego movie sets are hard to come by with a decent discount.1 point
-
Target has discounted some LEGO Movie stock (around 30% off) I already have a few SSS purchased at a deeper discount so I'll leave those be. Might pick up a Dropship for building1 point

If anyone has a 20 or 15 they're not going to use tonight, please let me know and i'll put it to good use! Also thanks to teohwp85 for helping me out earlier!1 point

Went to Toys R Us to pick up an Ecto I saw on the shelf on Friday. Instead, I saw Wall-E staring at me, and I couldn't resist. Used the 15% off coupon, and $15 rewards and got it for $38.1 point
-
yeah, I'm jealous of the euros. Especially when things like the Super Star Destroyer are completely retired in the US and they ask questions like "Should I pick this up I feel like there's more time and 100 at my local store, so I'll just wait another 6 months. "1 point
-
The item is listed on my receipt as "Lego Co Pack Star Wars" with UPC 673419251662. There is no TRU item number shown on the receipt. I'll probably go back on Thursday for TRUTH, if the shelf tag is still up I'll grab a photo and post it. Good luck!1 point

I like to think of Tiger Lady as less "body suit" and more "body paint." But then I'm a "creepy smoosher" so that shouldn't surprise anyone. 'CS's are people too!!1 point

Well... they learned from the masters (us) to sell legosets against a high ppp-ratio. They will sell them anyway once the craze starts.1 point

Regardless, it looks cool, I wanted one, so I have a couple. It will do ok, completists will want it, but don't expect an easy double. I actually think reviews and the literal sticker shock may have hurt this one.1 point
