OMG. I went to youtube and thought I would inject some hilarity and put in "niko love" to try to find one of niko's awesome love songs to cheer you up. What I found is something that now cannot be unseen and I apologize in advance for the atrocity I am now unleashing on this thread: Anyway, an update on the Jenna Jiggler. Seller accepted a $10 partial refund for the 3 pairs of stained breasts. Probably involved watching the video above somehow. Even after refund and even after considering I sent him 2 extra ones I sold them for what I normally do. I usually charge $7.95 each. Mr breast stain paid $29.95. So after refund I'm still doing well. Bought a lot of them from Entertainment Earth's 2013 90% off clearance, believe I paid 50 cents each. That's only 25 cents per stained boob.

Sold a Lego 79003 Unexpected Gathering for $100. Wow perhaps I should raise my price.

Amazon UK sent me some inedible pancakes and a new Christmas tree today...despite my amazing decorating skills, apparently the wife is not really feeling the same Christmas spirit. Edit: whoa...somehow Toywhiz saw my post already and just sent me a rude email about my Cargomas Tree...crazy.

Baseplates are problematic to ship. Most sellers use a box, which is probably why the shipping quote was high. We ordered some giant padded envelopes specifically for shipping baseplates which drops the cost back to first class +/ $2. As for knowing the shipping, BL has been working on a real ecommerce system for about two years. They made a huge step forward yesterday by changing the font on a couple of pages. /s

With USPS slashing Priority Mail prices by 40% to zone 5 and with Fedex and UPS moving to DIM pricing for ALL shipments we will utilize USPS Priority Mail in most cases from now on. It is also a chore staying on top of Fedex billing as they have started to make alot of errors in our billing the last 2 months (charging for pickup when the items were dropped off etc). I think USPS is going to win ALOT of business. It may prompt UPS and Fedex to rethink their strategy. Looks like they are having a Netflix" moment.

I use all of the costumed figures as trick or treaters at the Haunted House in my Halloween display, so I make sure to get the new one each time.

LOL...There will probably be some typos like this. The guys who helped Jeff with the Classifieds are very smart, but are from India, so there might be a few small mistakes like this. I received in my 3 R2's from Toys R Us I ordered last week. They came in as 36R4. Stick a fork in it, take it to the bank and sell it like hot cakes in the Toys R Us parking lot.

It's one of those cases where I had zero expectations this guy would actually pull through, and he hasn't disappointed.

1. Take apart 2. Wash & dry 3. Rebuild (bricklink any missing pieces) 4. Photograph 5. Disassemble and place in zip locks by floor (photograph in zip locks too so your buyer knows what to expect) 6. One option if you funded the purchase through PayPal with a credit card is to contact the credit card company and file a claim through them. The credit card company may back you more and get you a refund. eBay/PayPal hate this because it goes around them, they lose control and they will end up eating it themselves if your credit card company sides with you. I personally haven't tried this myself as a buyer. I have had a buyer put in a claim via their credit card for something that was delivered 2 months prior (claimed unauthorized purchase). I ended up not having to pay for it so I'm not sure what happened in their investigation.

I built 75053 The Ghost over the last couple of days. Loved it! It's a nice sold build. Kept me guessing throughout. Adding on The Phantom set to it, really finishes it up. Makes sense they broke it into two sets.

If only I lived in Italy. Then I could take a 4 hour lunch break and go buy legos.

LotR/Hobbit is my ebay 90 day #1 selling category, knocking off super heroes which has been #1 since the beginning. People who gave up and sold early on this theme are going to wish they hadn't.

That's part of the value of the seal codes. You'll either get new 2015 codes which clues us in to seeing more are on the way, OR you'll get codes from 2014 or even older which MIGHT be a hint that they aren't making any more, but are clearing out old stock wherever they can find it.

While it is true Aquaman is returning in a new more expensive set exactly the same as this one, we probably won't ever see Arctic Batman or Mr. Freeze with these details again. For starters, Batman from this point onwards of 2015 has a different styled cowl piece now with short 'ears' and no bottom section covering the jawline. Also LEGO is using an alternate fabric for the capes which is something else to consider perhaps. The increasing army of 'Batmen' is tiresome I'm sure but the cold cruel Mr. Freeze always will be one frosty badass who has seldom been incarnated as a minifigure at all aside this one and the previous from 2006. I can hardly wait to pair him with Captain Cold from this year's offerings!

I am a 43 year old nurse and Mom with a Lego loving son...the bug bit me too and we have built a lot of sets together over the years. I had never thought of investing until my son decided to sell his Hogwarts Castle set in November. He keeps his sets pristine, he had all of the minis, the box, the instructions. We put it up on Ebay and it sold for $300 in less than 30 minutes. I think that's when I decided to try quick flipping to finance my long term holds. I love the hunt, the research, the camaraderie on the boards. Looking forward to 2015!

During a time when a lot of folks are able to get their hands on this set, the ebay sold listings have them around 40 USD. It seems S&**** is done making them, so as soon as stock dries up at various retailers both in Canada and (intermittently) the US, and a few months pass it is hard to fathom the set not going up in value.

Your shop name and username are different fields that you will fill out. You can make them the same if you want, or you can name your shop whatever you want. Your username on Brick Classifieds can be the same as your username on BrickPicker if you like, or it can be different.

Finished it in about half the time the Tumbler took me. IMO the Tumbler was a more challenging build. Even once the Slave1 was done I was like meh, but once you put it on the display stand it looks amazing.

To update my situation I contacted seller. He told. Me usps wrapped it. No apology or anything. I sent a long message that was very civil. Just asking what he would like to do... Return or that if accept a partial refund etc. Told me usps fault they wrapped it. Reslly?! Ignored my reply. So I opened my first snad case ever. Built two sets tonight: 75050 B-Wing 75003 A-Wing I'm just going to say it. Those two are my favorite fighter ships from the OT. I think it's from playing X-Wing for far too many hours in the 90s. But I love those ships.

In general, I'm in the 'if it hasn't appreciated much in the first year, dump it' camp. However, with the LR train there's a separate issue. Target clearanced these (again) several months ago for $70. I do think that messes with predictions a bit for this set, as there are lots of flippers out there who will take their $15 profit and move on. So I give the train another six months to show me what it can do. As for the others, if I had them, I'd sell them. Edit: True story. I bought lots of 10144 Sandcrawlers back in the day for $100 each. Thought I'd get $200 for 'em after a year. But after 12 months the price was more like $160. Awful appreciation off a $140 MSRP base. But I love jawas and I love sandcrawlers, so I held for another 2 years and sold at $350 - $400. It was worth the wait.

Having 3 of those bobble heads at the same place might have contributed to those points sroster should have just sent 1 as ordered

A little project I've been working on. I have a second Viper almost complete. I have a couple minor tweaks to make to this one, but I'll get all the parts to complete both when I start ordering the parts for my classic Cylon Raider I'm building to go with them.

Yep - It's as if that pie was included to be thrown in resellers faces. It is a cool little set though.
