I would say eBay will side with the buyer if she opens a case against you. I would ask her to show photos and if she's being truthful send the right one to her. One mixel is not worth an open case in my book.

If you missed it in another thread, here is my war story knowledge I learned flipping polybags (the other seller is the master and I'm the padawan, but I am learning) If you are selling multiples of the same item (RR poly) you can do the following: Set your preferences so that you can quantity remain at zero (with selling set price using good till cancelled option). You can then sell at a lower than you want price 2 or 3 sales, this will get you on the radar and get people following your auction. You then can raise your price to where you want it to be and it will still show that you have sold 2 or 3 (but doesn't show lower price). You are now down showing "last one" because you only listed a handful. People use their panic and buy your last one at that price. Once it sells, just revise auction to quantity of 1 and you are once gain selling your "last one" This only works on good till cancelled auctions and only if you change your setting to allow it Hope that helps someone here Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Brickpicker mobile app

LOL and THERE IS a little desk fan in the detective office!! I am sold, I just love noir. I will so buy 3 of these and mod the hell out of them. Now I just need cigarettes for the detective, a frowning unshaven head and some alcohol bottles for the bar downstairs. Seriously thinking on making a custom butcher's shop, just for completeness's sake. In my opinion this is the best modular that's been released. Some might be bigger, rarer or represent fancier building techniques but the feeling, atmosphere and vibe packed into this is unmatched for me. A dirty, shabby city block. This is what I needed!

Sold a LEGO 4626 Farm Brick Box for $30 + shipping. What is it with these blue boxes of Lego. I got it for $17 at a mom and pop toy store which was a bit high but I knew I could flip it for some profit.

I'd consider The Hobbit: Lake-Town Guard to be somewhat exclusive and it's price has never recovered once it was released nationwide at TRU. You can still get those for $8 - $9 shipped.

I prefer it when the horde is left feeding on scraps though (TH, SSD etc).

I made it because I wouldn't be happy to see some newbies panic buying PS because it's not on the back of this box. But I don't mean the TH, PS, etc. are not retiring... I only say that the box gives us zero clues about other's sets retirement.

Are the Mixels priced 20% off or did you need a coupon? My wife is mad at you because I told her you got me on the bandwagon for Mixels. I cleared out all the Series 2 bags in my Kmart/Walmart/TRU in a long run today. Was fun but had the family with me. My son (3yrs) thinks the 200ish Mixels are for him, he was swimming in them like Scrooge McDuck in the backseat. Wish I took a picture. Also picked up some Ecto-1 at TRU with the 15% off coupon. Mostly to give out to friends who love the movies. Finally got to watch football with our group and when the kids were playing showed off the Ecto-1. Everyone thought it was awesome. Suprised these aren't sold out, but I guess it's a generation thing. Looks like Baymax Armor Up and SGE are still going strong and mostly sold out everywhere I went. Even my K-marts were in limited numbers on both. I picked up the 9 Baymax I ordered. Hoping I get a few more Kmart coupons soon to clear out the rest before they are gone.

I like diversification, because it enables me hit a home run from time-to-time. Otherwise, I'm just filling the line-up with Steve Carlton's.
