  2. As promised, I will post how I built the digital rendition of the San Diego Comic-Con Classic-TV Batmobile. First off is the part list which was taken straight from the generated HTML Building Guide LDD generates. I tried to keep the amount of bricks minimal as possible to make it easy to put together while still taking into consideration Lego

  6. I loved the 1st one. it Had everything a guy movie should (like the Expendables movies). Sharks, guns, bikinis, hot chicks, chainsaws, flying animals, flying sharks, Tara Reid looking hot despite looking used, Tornadoes, helicopters, no plot, terrible acting, hot chicks, senseless violence, etc... All that was missing was a flying 10179 Kinda like drinking Beast Ice during college. So bad yet so good.

  17. In the past, several BrickPicker members have asked us how we post affiliate links. Many members have been very helpful with posting affiliate information when they post new links in the Daily Deals threads. Please support BrickPicker by using our affiliates. BrickPicker gets a very small percentage of any sales through the affiliate programs. These affiliate purchases will help to keep the site, databases, and software costs in check. We hope you like BrickPicker and all the information here, the great services here cost money and the site is free. Try to help support us in keeping it that way. The costs can be significant, especially the information provided from EBay for the Brickfolio information. Sometimes you will see new members post information about cashback sites or credit card affiliates. We either have filters in place to censor the names of the sites, or mods will usually delete the posts when members discuss cashback programs, etc. It's not that we hate or don't believe in other cashback programs, we just want to promote the use of BrickPicker and the use of our affiliate program is another way you can help keep the site afloat and to bring new services that provide great LEGO information and tools to assist you in making good investment choices. If you look at the links in the Daily Deals main post, many have affiliate tags in them. I highlighted the tags in red. Amazon.com = http://www.amazon.co.../dp/B00CNBS5WE/? 40. My daughter and I do this every time we're at Legoland. The MC's (model citizens) are great. Some of them have only one or two, but others have very elaborate set ups. I've never seen them refuse a trade with a kid. I always have a ton of crappy minifigs from my bulk lots that I have with us. She trades them for whatever she thinks looks cool. Lately, there have been a lot of Simpsons minifigs, but I've also seen other CMFs for trading as well. Other times, it's figures that have been customized. My daughter brought home a pretty cool looking king figure the other day. I'd say make sure you have a good handful of figures there. Of course, you can always embrace the trading aspect, and find a couple of figures to trade for, and then use those to trade again throughout the day. It's a fun little activity. There are also three or four trading stations around the park. There's one by the dino coaster, another at the mini golf course, and there's sometimes someone standing in front of the Big Store. Those locations usually have a minfig case with figures inside that you can trade for. I think those stations allow for 2 or 3 trades at one time. Check your map, because the stations are listed on there.

  43. Twitter can be used in several ways. If you actually want to tweet friends and other members, it works well as a social tool. If you want to use it to find out information and keep up to date with almost instantaneous news, it also shines. I use it for news and don't waste time with idiot reality or movie stars. Howard Stern is the craziest person that I follow, but most are sites like Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Sports Illustrated, and individual sports writers. Don't be intimidated. You don't have to tweet with anyone, just read their posts. Sent from my iPad using Brickpicker

  46. Every Long Term Investor should have at least 5 or more Sea Cows for Investment, As people will be watching the Lego Movies on DVD for many years down the road. So its not that this Set will just vanish and everybody will just forget about it. Now there is plenty time to get this set, but starting next year it would not hurt to pick one up now and then. And don't forget about the Simpson House to, along with other Exclusives these 2 will do very good once retired. Ed

  48. A lot of people talk about the new Star Wars movies and wonder if they'll they bring back the Falcon or a new Death Star or whatever, but it seems like everyone's missing a point that should be obvious: Lego and Star Wars will want to promote the hell out of the new movies, and the new ships and characters. I think we're more likely to see a whole slew of ships we've never heard of before. Avengers, Guardians, Spider-Man, Lego Movie, you name it
