The Mongoose is a close combat frame. Designed to leap into the fray and shred apart its enemies, the RS-29 sports a combat, dynamic armor design, and hyper-heel bounding legs for closing distance. Once up close, the Mongoose uses its built in rending claw, a twin pair of monomolecular cutters fixed into its arm, to slice frames to ribbons.

The Mongoose can mirror this to outfit both arms for a pure-combat load-out, but usually features one arm for basic manipulation of other weaponry or objects.
