adewar 86 Posted June 18, 2013 Haha - I posted a comment in a thread regarding Entertainment Earth's Mint Condition policy with this photo. The easiest way for me to post a pic in my comment seemed to be to upload to my personal 'gallery'. I sent EE an email with this photo and asked if it qualified for a return, b/c while it's a crease - it's not severe. They offered me a return or 10% off, so I took the 10%. Another poster had a similar experience, but wasn't sure if it was worth contacting customer service. It was a good buying experience - I hope to buy from them again. Quote Link to comment
LowestFormOfWit 178 Posted June 19, 2013 If box quality bothers you that much, Target and Walmart, depending on the rep behind the service counter, will usually allow you to just exchange an identical item without any real hassles. I've done this with a Helm's Deep and a Vampyre Castle because I'm OCD about my box quality. Quote Link to comment
