Deadpool Minifigure

Recommended Posts

I really want to buy the Deadpool minifigure. Thus far he was only released in Wolverine' chopper show down and I don't know if he will be released anytime soon again. Is he worth the price? I would like to buy him complete with his swords and gun.

Also, will his price continue to go up?

I don't know about deadpool's minifig price alone.

Because of the incoming of the 76022 I think the 6866 will be less attractive so it may be a good choice to have the 6866 this summer (prices will be down a bit I think, it already is) and then sell apart magneto's and wolverine's minifgs and keep the copter and deapool for yourself.

I bought 2 extra choppers yesterday. They are still selling as hot cakes. Dunno how long this will last.

I would say it's mainly because (or I would say "thanks to...") wolverine's minifig.

The party will be over when the 76022 will be released. I think deadpool's minifig will rise up to 25/30$/

Thanx guys. I would like to get all 3 of those mini figures, but with the set not being available anymore, I will have to buy them individually. I think I must invest in the new Sentinel set to prevent having to look for those figures again at a later stage.

I found a seller in singapore that sell a sealed box of 6866 for $60. Thats more or less the original price it launched at, right?

No. It orginally retailed for $19.99. You can always go on http://brickset.com/ to check the original release prices. I would stay away from any set coming out of China anyway. Chances are pretty good, it's a knock off.

You should try to get a used set on craig's list.

Don't type "lego 6866" because it's collectors an resellers who know that sets have a number.

Try something like "lego helicopter" or "lego superhero", and check...

You can also give a call at toy stores and ask if they still have this set. Sometimes, they can get unsold sets from other toy shops (they check the availabilty on their computers) or tell you where are the unsold sets (if you give them its number: 6866).
