I don't know about Metalhead but it does look like a sort of mini-mech. It could be neat standing aside a minifigure.

In this case, you would just be paying for a pre-built custom build. I don't see any aftermarket alterations from this image.

I remember the character and even have the action figure from back in the day. I was just saying that it sort of looks like him if you can really stretch that image into brick form. Otherwise it appears like your regular small robot in Lego.

The pen eyes make it custom lol.
