chinothegeeko
With more orders picking up, I was wondering how to import orders from bricklink to paypal. I know I've been doing it the hard way, sending an invoice via paypal, then once paid, having to go through multi-shipping tool and creating a label for each order. Takes way too much time. What am I missing, please help?
gorbasho
I don't think there's much more streamlining to be done than that, unless by "creating a label" you mean you're having to manually enter shipping addresses. The multi-shipping tool should automatically be importing addresses from payments received. Other than that you'll always have to manually enter weights (unless you create a preset for a common weight/service you use often).

Yeah for some reason mine hasn't been doing that. I've sent invoices from paypal and bricklink, when it shows paid, there is no drop-down "print shipping label" so I have to us the multi-shippping tool and nothing seems to import. Guess I'll have to call paypal if this is a "me only" issue.

That is how I usually get paid and those always import fine into the multi-shipping. I don't usually send paypal invoices so I'm not sure if it is normal for those payments to not import but it seems stupid not to, so hopefully it is just an error.
