Upnya Posted December 15, 2012 Share Posted December 15, 2012 Hi guys, I have an ad on CL offering to buy LEGO sets, a guy sent me a list of new, sealed sets he wanted to sell and I responded with what I thought were some pretty low prices and he accepted (see below) 6031 - $18.50 6236 - $14.00 7115 - $15.00 each (2) 2539 - $6.00 6013 - $15.00 each (2) 1266 - $5.00 6020 - $15.50 6105 - $20.00 6033 - $7.00 4930 - $8.00 6045 - $15.00 3052 - $70.00 3051 - $30.00 7161 - $57.50 4805 - $15.00 -He also sent me a pic of all the boxed sets on what looks like a basement table. stephen_rockefeller Posted December 15, 2012 Share Posted December 15, 2012 If he is local just go and check the sets out. Under no circumstances should you send him money. Give him money in person after you have seen the sets and are satisfied with the condition of them. You on your own if you send him money and he decides to just keep it and don't think if you call the police about it they will do anything about a few hundred dollar CL Lego scam because they have bigger fish to fry.
