Many other vendors have a fixed timeframe for the purchase limits to reset, such as one week in the case of Amazon.

Lego LEGO Shop at Home will let you place an order right away and will *probably* ship it without a fuss. Do that several times or regularly and you may have orders canceled or the account flagged.

Just wait a week or two and you'll certainly be fine.

No one knows for sure. I would tread carefully on any set that has a limit of one per household like this one. If you want to stockpile wait for TRU to have stock or try to buy in store with cash.
