LEGO Robot Sets New Rubik's Cube Record

Featured Replies

Disappointingly, that link didn't have a video.  Nor the original article from CNN.

Let's fix that:

Wow! That is amazing. I have tried to solve a Rubik's Cube, but I failed. Still trying to solve mine five years later.

I can solve one, but not nearly as fast as that jeez. My record is like a minute. I always thought it'd be cool to have a Lego Rubik's cube.

SICK!!!

I cant do it that quick even if I cheat

It makes my previous school record of 38.5sec set back in 1985 sound somewhat embarrassing.

If they now try anything faster they have to cool the cube to prevent it from burning from friction.

I just peeled the stickers off and viola... done.

That is amazing and also a testament to the strength and durability of LEGO. The stress and force being exerted on those bricks has to be significant.
