Has Lego come out with anything other than the train/technic/mindstorm series that have had any type of electronic moving parts?  Im sort of looking for sets that are remote controlled but are proportionate to the standard Lego size sets.  Technic sets look huge and the remote control trains I already know about. 

There was a motorized AT-AT don't know the size but I think it was pretty big. Might want to check it out.
