SOLVED:  Belongs to the Agents line.

 

Working my way through a bulk lot, and came across this piece.  I thought it'd be easy to identify, but I can't figure it out.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Surely its agents, don't know anything about the theme. try peeron.com, do you know the size of this piece or name, if you type in the dimensions, look for a description on the decoration.

    Great, thanks!  I believe we have a winner.  It might also be on the helicopter, too.

     

    I was so focused on it being an Avengers part.  I wasn't even aware of the Agents line, so thanks.
