Tower of Orthanc for $160. Good deal?

I really wanted Tower of Orthanc for a while (I think it's awesome looking!) but haven't pulled trigger knowing they will be here for awhile. But I found one for $160 yesterday on Craigslist and wondering if I should just go buy it?
