    Good catch - looks like it's a different head under there, or maybe he just had some bad sushi.

    It's totally Killer Croc's head. You should ask if they have any other pieces, you might be able to score the rest of the body.

    I was thinking it was one of the Joker Bombs being used for a head, I think you're right, though.

    Joker Bombs were that terrible trans yellow.

     

    He's got the tommy gun, it's clearly Waylon Jones dressed up as Batman.
