Does anyone known if you can return/exchange items purchased online at a Lego store? Damaged boxes specifically.

    Yes you may. They send a return address label as a part of the shipment, although I believe you have to contact them before you send it.

    I'm sorry I didn't really word the question correctly........ if I recieve a damaged box from S@H, can I take it into my local Lego store and exchange it for a set with a pristine box or a different set or sets?

    Yes. Email or call an they will send you a return label to send back the damaged set.
