I'd say Stephen is the resident Transformers expert and seems to have a good understanding of their market. If you aren't familiar with Transformers and you're just looking for other things to hopefully flip, I'd listen to his advice.

Ok, you and PickleBoy then! All I'm saying is that if you don't know the market, buying a bunch of an item simply because it is on sale is probably a bad idea. When someone who is familiar with it tells you not to do it, then it's definitely a bad idea.

If they don't come out with another big Optimus prime before the next movie, this could easily sell for 100-120 consistently. The beast hunter TFs are all the rage in the stores right now and frankly they suck. The other big Optimus figures sell for $150 and up now but they are better.

 

if they release new toys with the new movie, this one will be worth $80 max, average of $70, IMHO. No trailer kills the value long term.
