Gave the following excuses: Pick-up - not available due to privacy reasons. Item can easily be sent Phone no. to ask few questions - not possible due to privacy I was like wtf! Unfortunately, last week I got a letter that they are now merging with Charter, and I'm fearing another "we are making things better for you" strategy in which they will raise my prices or install caps or whatever. I'm a cord-cutter, so no TV bundles in my house, which is what they continuously try to sell me. Lucky enough I have an alternative offering (compared to the many US residents who only have 1 possible provider) to whom I can switch over at a moment's notice. 2 Quote

I've read a number of threads over the years and the bickering was always endless. Our bubble thread gives it a run, but at least it's contained in one place (mostly). Quote
