They probably sell all of them, get 50% back because they are destroyed, sell again, rinse and repeat until people take all the damaged items. I have absolutely no interest in Harry Potter, but I have thought about picking up the Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley for investment. I hope I'm not sending back, because they were great deals. I expect the newer sets like R2D2 to be fine, but older like the Death Star, I am anxious. Others have had luck with the DS and actually said it showed up in the outer Lego box, which is what I am hopeful for. If they don't work out, I'll try it again.
