Im looking to sell these minifigures I'm asking at least $550 question do you think thats to high or if not high enough and if so how much should I be asking...

If you intend on selling in lot about $300 should be about right. I think there are around 55 minifigures, so you would sell them for a little less than $6 per figure. I'm not very familiar with Super Heroes minifigures, so I can't tell you if there are very many rare or minifigures, but I think you are shooting for the right ballpark. Maybe list as $300 or so with Best Offer.

uh 55 times 5 is not 500

Seems high for the current run of Super Hero minifigs. These are all readily available?
