cloud city boba fett vs. desert skiff bobba fett

Are these minifigs similar? If they are I can already see some A hole passing a desert skiff one off as a cloud city one on eBay and scamming some poor fool out there. If they are very similar how can you tell the difference?

Quite diff, actually. New Boba has much more detailed printing. Skiff: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?M=sw396 Cloud City: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?M=sw107

Oh OK thanks for that I appreciate it. Good to see no one will be getting ripped off!

Here you go. A nice convenient side by side comparison. I know the Cloud City Boba is worth a ton, but the new Desert Skiff Boba is waaaay better looking!

My friend dunkers97 got one of a friend... for FREE!!! It has a dent in one leg and the limbs are loose, but it's still probably worth $100-$150!

I did have a lot of fun with the original that I got from the first "Slave I" and he is still nice, but the newer one is much truer to the source and just better in every way.
