Just a really great speech about hard work and having no job above you.  I thought some of you might enjoy it, I know I thought it was a great message (especially for teens).

if you can ignore the 1000+ screaming teenage girls in the background its actually a good message. I will forward this to my brother in law who is going to high school in a few weeks. He is a good kid but still hasent figured out how much hard work is required in life, like so many kids these days he thinks everything is free or just has no concept of the value of a dollar. I asked him what he thought his cell phone costs per month, he said $10...lol! he wants to get a brand new ford mustang when he is 16, i asked him how he plans to pay for it, he said "summer job" haha that wouldnt even be enough to cover his insurance let alone gas and actual car payments! I spent 4 years of college getting my engineering degree and with a 6 fig household income im still driving a old Chevy Malibu.

I wanted to see the movie - Jobs - but I can't take this guy seriously for some reason. Maybe it was his stint on MTV?
