Any info on this set would be greatly appreciated. I can't find it on ebay or this site searching the set #327 (not even sure if this is the set #). Any thoughts on what this might be worth too would be great (trying to sell it for a friend)

Thanks! I guess I should have done more in depth research. I found it for $10 on ebay...what a stinker

I grew up in the 70's playing with Lego sets like this. Back then you really had to use your imagination when playing with Lego. Kids today have no idea........

Yeah. Not only is it really simple but all of those parts can be found in the average collection from the late 80s through the 90s.

There is another link.  Part of me would like Lego to do a classically inspired set.  Doesn't have to be a whole series, but something for the olden days of building, with a classic minifigure.

That would be very cool. I really want to see a limited edition collectors set of just basic red, yellow, and blue bricks with like a book on the history of the company and concept and a nice storage bin.

Not sure what that is...but I am going to have nightmares about that yellow dog thing pictured on the back.  The one with the red wig, red socks and that miserable frown.

Good on peculiar23 and spener90 for helping out with the question.  Perhaps this could be moved to the "name that brick forum" so they could be awarded for their efforts?
