Toy story line has not had much success and so the 2010 sets are currently priced low on one of my local e-shops http://www.rekato.ee/index.php?page=78& (Toy story sets are at the bottom of the page) Toy Story it self has been along for almost 2 decades and with huge success so my thinking would be that their value can only can go up as time goes by. And also we might not see another toy story movie ever so LEGO does not have an excuse to bring back Toy Story on their line ether, especially with their current poor sales. What do you guys think?

Do you mean to invest at the current secondary market prices in hopes that they will rise further or you have a lead on some below market price?  I would invest elsewhere unless you can make money on them right now.  There will probably be some new sets when Toy Story 4 comes out in summer 2019.  

I suppose as with anything there is always a chance. However the bigger underlying question, would the risk be worth your time, effort, and funds for a questionable potential? When the next sequel comes out and should there be some new sets available, newfound interest may find its way to the old offerings.

Rumours are that there should be 5 Juniors Sets from Toy Story 4

Though toy story movie updated in part 4, 1 is still interesting. 

I just simply want to know which character is interesting in Toy Story? I liked the Jessie Character.
