Yeah thats awesome to know there are so many pieces, but the reality of this auction really doesn't exist. I don't see many people having that type of disposable income, not in today's market. I also love the comment of "I estimate that such a job lot if sold in pieces has a value of about

I dont know how people try to sell lots this big. Personally it's just better to try and sell the sets individually. Yes more time and effort but you get to reach more of an audience. Who is going to buy this Lot? Oprah Winfrey? Jay Z??? Maybe George Lucas!!!! Lol hahaha well hopefully once my bi weekly pay check comes in and after I pay all my bills I will still have $140,000 left from it I'll put a bid in! Lol Wish me luck guys!!!! Lol hey Jeff I was wondering if you wanna go half?

I love the photos, here are some fruit boxes and here are folders!!

It is a LOT of work to try and break all that stuff into individual sets, check them, sell, and ship them. Maybe they are hoping for a big sale before going to all the trouble. :-) Although I have to wonder would Oprah or anyone who could afford this auction even buy used LEGOs? If you could, wouldn't you just buy MIB sets?
