Where did these Star Wars Figs come from?

These bags were found in a big tub of Lego a parent was throwing out.  Anyone have a clue?

Ok, let me rephrase.  What Lego set are these from?

Not sure what “lego” set they are from but they are 100% counterfeit, look at the arms.

Oh wow, thought you were just messing around.  I didn’t even consider the arms were all off.  First time I’ve ever seen stuff like this.  I was thinking it was from some kind of promo.

Yeah China or maybe people who do 3-D printing sort of stuff. I ordered a set of Final Fantasy VII minifigures from someone on Mercari a few years ago and that is exactly how they showed up.
